Ok smoothies and ok service. Nothing special, but nothing too big to complain about. I remember this place being a lot more fun to visit than it is now.

I used to stop by this Planet Smoothie, but after seeing how things are run behind the scenes, I won’t be coming back.
The conditions are unsanitary — there’s visible mold, dirt, and expired food that’s still being used or left around. It’s honestly shocking this place passes health inspections.
On top of that, employees are forced to work alone, including young women and even a minor, with no security cameras in an area known for safety concerns. When staff raise these issues, management dismisses them instead of taking action.
And to top it off, employees don’t even receive the tips that customers leave. The system is set up to make it look like you’re tipping your server, but that money doesn’t go to them.
This place is a health and safety hazard — for both customers and staff. Until they seriously clean up their act (literally and figuratively), I can’t recommend it to anyone.

As a small business owner, I know the struggles hiring employees (especially good ones), keeping the doors open bc people don’t show up when they’re supposed to, training, all while meeting the demands of our impatient market who have little compassion for the mom and pops.
I try to come into every business with this in mind, allowing space for growth and development while being fair.
Today’s experience at Planet Smoothie was wonderful. There was only one person on staff by she was wonderful by all accounts - friendly, attentive, answered my questions, and very quick as making my smoothie. That being said, it’s unrealistic to expect this service all the time when there’s only one staff member working there so I advise anyone who plans to purchase from here to do the same.
I prefer a quality products that’s made with care and a little extra time over a hastily made one that may not come out the way I’d want it to. I suggest you do the same before walking through their doors.

I love this place but the last time I ordered through the app my order was supposed to be ready at 3:07p and I had to wait until 3:40p with no other customers there. The guy that was there didn’t have any motivation to work so it was all his fault. I had ordered the same thing the day before and everything was perfect like always. Please don’t hire people like him cause it will ruin your amazing business.

First time and last time here. Came in for one smoothie with only one customer ahead of me and my daughter. After placing an order for "one" smoothie and waiting for it, two other customers walk in and order a total of six smoothies all together, and all six were made and delivered before my one smoothie. 30 minutes later my "one" smoothie is finally made, so ooooo out of order and rude. Never again!!!!
