Worst location by far walked in with family of 6 never got sat big non caring lady manager walked by us 3 times and didn't try to sit us bartender finally came over to sit us and said let me find a table when had like 20 empty lol so we just left this place is a JOKE

Great service first time coming to this location and ill definitely will be back

Denied my REAL ID when I try to get a drink and kicked us out. I understand the caution, but to not have any way to verify is crazy and impolite.

Consistently bad service. Employees don't even look at you when you walk in the door, and seem annoyed that they have to do their job. Food is pretty great, but I would rather spend my money somewhere else.

Taken off of the waitlist because our table was ready 2 min early. Should be at least a 5 min grace period because parking is not super close. Hostess tonight was rude and unfriendly about it as well. Fried tasted frozen. Horrible customer service experience.

Longest wait of all time. I’ve been waiting for my wings for 45 mins

Had a quick, amazing lunch here as alway. The diet coke was cold, the wings were perfectly cooked and the staff was exceptional. I love coming here after a long day of meetings. Sports playing in English & Spanish throughout the indoor dining area. Massive patio with lots of seating. James was an excellent server, very attentive and knowledgeable about the spice levels. From the kind greeting from Alexis at the front to the send off by another server Makayla, I had a great time at this pluckers. Very nice vibe and tons of free tables around 2pm. I was in and out in 25 mins.

Vegetarian options: James knew all about dietary restrictions and told me the possible kitchen substitutions.

Parking: Lot behind the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: All ages welcomed here. Super fun spot for kids and tons of booster seats.

Wheelchair accessibility: On the first floor, large doors at the front and the side patio entrance.
