Fries tasted old like they where left overs. The chicken Was good, kind of becoming a common thing for Togo orders , if you eat there the fries are fresh to go they hold all the old fries for you.second thing is the staff was horseplaying pretending to almost drop the tray of food before placing it on the table, then upon being told not to do so infront of of customers was very cavalier in he response, I don't care. If it wasn't for my roommate's loving this place I wouldn't ever go back..
EDIT. I was Giving a Voucher for my bad review and I visited Again but Dined In. THE staff in Dine In is Fantastic, the Food was Great, everything came out hot and crispy as it should. And while i understand its the servers job to sell drinks or appetizers they did so with a great attitude as we declined and didn't press the matter. Now My review before was one that reflects myTake out order. however the voucher given was only redeemable for dine in.SO while Pick up is still questionable, PLUCKERS DINE IN Staff Was really good. So I have Adjusted my Score to better than before . but rule of thumb Take out option here is not as good a experience by a long shot as dine in.

They have the BEST fried pickles!! Great wings and customer service! I just wish they’d bring back their Ginger Peach sriracha wing sauce back. That was soooooo good!!!! :(
