This was our first time dining in as we normally do take out, and we have nothing but good things to say about our waiter Chris he went above and beyond. Gave us some good recommendations and was patient with us. Would dine in again.

My siblings, cousin and I came to this location today around 1410 for a drink and appetizer while we waited for another restaurant to open. This location was dead with the exception of a few at the bar and maybe 4-5 tables occupied. We were seated, yet not acknowledged for 10-15 minutes until AFTER we decided to leave. Didn’t make a fuss wasn’t going to say anything. Certainly we were not going to beg to spend our money at this location, but a white female I’m assuming was supposed to be our waitress felt the need to chat up our experience to the front desk staff with play dumb body language like she didn’t know what was going on. The ONLY truth is, we left after not being acknowledged for 10 minutes (pull your cameras), yet watching the white party of three that came in right behind us seated with drinks almost immediately.

Do yourself a favor and drive south to the Buffalo Wild Wings. Takeout is TERRIBLE! If you place and order online be sure to ask the host to double check bags. I have had host misplace my meal more than once and I get cold food. Service is meh, food meh.

Great wings and service. Started off with a beer at the bar while we waited for our table to be ready. Once we got our table, we were greeted by our waitress, Gabby. She was really great and made really good suggestions. We got the buffalo medium wings and the boring burger. The burger was a little dry but not bad.

Atmosphere:Okay, this is not a sports bar, it's a bar with no real estate on the walls other than TVs. They even have four large screens put together that cuts out the eyeballs if they're in the middle because the edges of the TVs are in the way. Use a projector or something. All you can hear is the sound of some announcer yelling in your ear and it's not necessarily the TV one you want to hear.Nom noms:The wings themselves are actually pretty good. They have a variety of sauces but the menu is convoluted. It doesn't make it clear what they're going to charge you for in terms of sauce, ranch, blue cheese, etc. There are some figures on there, but you really have to ask a lot of questions to find out what you're going to get charged before you get billed for it.Service:The server we had was really quite kind, he was a good guy, and really trying to work through the process. But the menu is so confusing that he didn't know the answers to the questions we had. I don't think that was his fault. For example, it says on the menu $1 and toss anything in sauce. The wings don't say they come with sauce, but they do. But if you Want an additional sauce they charge you another 40 cents. For a dollar you can get all flats, but it's a dollar for every different order of wings, so if you get two orders of wings that's on each. It was also confusing because we got a variety different sizes of ranch / blue cheese. I don't know why my friend got a large one and I got a regular size one. We ordered the same amount of wings.Timelines:It took our food more than 35 minutes to get to our table. We waited more than 15 minutes for our first beer order. After the wings finally got there, half of the order was the wrong sauce. They brought a replacement sauce. However, the wings were already flavored with the wrong flavor and even the replacement sauce was not the correct flavor. They did give me five extra wings for free, but that was way at the end of the meal after we had been there more than an hour and a half. I was full at that point. Really didn't get to enjoy the meal I ordered.End of the day. It was around $70 plus tip for two people. Not cheap.

Sunday evening at Lincoln Village could have been much better. Long wait while there were plenty of seats, staffing must have been low. Once seated we had to crawl under the tables and cram paper towels under the feet of the tables to keep them from tipping over. We were a group of 12 and unfortunately they waited until all the orders were ready instead of bringing out what was ready so the meals were cold. Come on Pluckers, you gotta do better
