Easily one of the worst restaurants to order from on Uber Eats. Pluckers never gets the order right — items are always missing, and their customer service is an absolute joke. They act like it’s your fault, offer no help, and clearly don’t care about their customers. The South Park Meadows location is hands down the worst of them all — completely careless, unorganized, and consistently disappointing.

I came to Pluckers to celebrate my birthday, enjoy wings, and watch the Chiefs game. The app showed no wait, which felt suspicious since there’s always a wait. Sure enough, when we got to the Round Rock location, it was slammed and ended up being a 20–30 minute wait. If the online waitlist had actually been available, we would’ve joined ahead of time instead of wasting time standing around.
Still, I was willing to wait because I’ve always loved Pluckers. But then came the biggest disappointment—they weren’t even showing the Chiefs game. We had called beforehand and were told it would be on. Yet when I looked around and didn’t see it, I asked and was told, “Oh no, we’re not playing that.” A sports bar not showing one of the biggest games of the night? That makes no sense.
What should have been a fun birthday celebration turned into frustration and disappointment. Pluckers has always been my go-to spot for wings and sports, but after being misled and let down like this, I’m not so sure anymore.

Not sure if there are different wing sizes, but when we stopped by today, the wings were noticeably smaller than what Wingstop offers. It also took a little while before someone came to wait on us. We made the best of our visit, but since we don’t stop in as often, I was reminded of why that is.

It seems like every Pluckers is managed poorly in the DFW area. I’ve been to Addison Grapevine and Allen/Fairview and FT.Worth and you literally have like a 60-70% of getting your order messed up or if you ordered an appetizer it comes out after your main meal. When the food is right and hot like it hasn’t sat back there for awhile it’s really good. It’s just pathetic service most of the time. I asked why my appetizer comes out after my main meal repeatedly it was said depends on who’s cooking
