After living close by for a year, I decided to give Pocha a try. The ambiance was fun, the servers very polite, and I really enjoyed my beer.
However, I was floored by how bad the food was. I was expecting it to be really good given the high reviews others have given, but the quality was just not there. I initially ordered fish katsu, which ended
up being tiny fish with bones still in surrounded by a thick, greasy breading. I asked the waiter if I could send it back which is genuinely something I never do.
The waiter apologized, took it off the bill, and asked if I wanted something else, so I decided to keep things simple and get the kimchi jeon. While it was much better than the fish, it was still very greasy and hard to finish. Maybe I ordered the wrong things here, but I was not impressed at all by the food I had.
The staff was all very nice and I can definitely see myself coming back to drink, but I won't be in again for the food.

The food is quite delicious, but the price is a little higher, but it is open until midnight, which is very suitable for dining and chatting with friends.

The food is really great, like amazing. You can tell they put the effort in the kitchen. BUT if this place was 20% cheaper I'd come 6 times a year compared to once a year. I also think the interior design is too bright. I want to be in a more private group booths with darker lighting etc. maybe that would make it worth the price.
I feel like I'm at topnotch burgers when I'm here and I want it to feel like 2018 Rio Rita so I stay for 3 or 4 hours
It was good and friendly service, but can still improve in term of the taste of dishes.

Best food in town! Excellent service if you tell me. Rice cake, Kimchee pancake, and corn cheese is something I suggest as a starter. Main dish, i would suggest fried chicken sweet-n-mild, squid stir-fried, and bu Dae jeans gol (military soup). Try this place you won't regret!

Great place for amazing Korean food that's perfect for comfort food and a fun atmosphere. Very k pop like there. The food is incredible and service is so sweet. Highly recommend the squid and any of the main dishes. They serve it in a portable stove.we got the Buade Jeongul. So fun and delicious. Corn cheese is to die for.

It’s a super casual place, the service was really good. I love how they transformed this little hole in the wall into a Korean pub, they definitely nailed the vibes.
Korean music on the TV, music videos, which is cool. Period I wasn’t that impressed with the food, though, it was all right. Definitely overpriced in my opinion, but I guess you’re paying for the whole experience so that counts for something.
Also, really cool that the metro rail is really close by if you use it.

Pretty overpriced for just 'okay' food. The cheese on their cheese buldak was grainy and not melted well.

Tried their koren wings and it was really flavorful. The ambience was spot on. We tried the korean beer and it was really smooth
The cheese buldak (apparently chef fav) was a great mix of spicy chicken with cheesey goodness

We’ve been looking for a late night spot and this one is definitely going to be one of our go to’s. Delicious, generous portions, amazing service. The fish cake soup had a lot of variety and the broth was so so good. Soy garlic chicken was crispy and juicy. Pajeon (seafood pancake) had great seafood flavor and the edges were deliciously crispy. I’m excited to go again.
