Pricey!! my kiddos and I came in and just looked around.. we looked lost, but no one even asked us how we were and such.. we were new to this place and tried to figure out what to do.. yes, there's a sign on how to do things step by step but still.. so we proceeded to go down the line.. when I got my bill, I was charged 1 large and 2 small bowls.. I don't recall seeing anything about bowl sizes, but it would have been nice to get informed because my kiddos and I pretty much asked for the same, just different protein choices.. one even had less stuff.. so I'm not sure what makes a large vs small bowl.. Anyway, food was good but customer service was lacking..

Update- Found out the girl name was chelsey short girl with curly hair she kind of dark skinned
I came by today to get myself a bowl the food was delicious but when i went to the restroom area it stinks really bad like someone had smoked in the restroom and the girl that took my order stinks like she just got done smoking and me personally i cant be around that smell and mess with my mood to even eat here

Went in today to grab myself a bowl. Everything was going well until I reached the topping section, where I asked for shredded nori and there was a fly on top of it. The girl that helped me with the curly hair notice the fly on the food and proceeded to added to my bowl. I was too embarrassed to ask to remake my bowl cause the girl already looked bothered, so I gave my bowl to a homeless person. I am really disappointed about this cause I’ve heard good thing about this place and I guess it’s not true.

Terrible customer service with the manager

Food was good, they are very scarce on the portions for the price however. Its like they try very hard to shake the spoon in order to give you less protein.

Food tastes good, and I'm glad there's another location, but the review before this one was right: They try too hard to jiggle the protein scoops so that there's less fish in the scoop before they put it in your bowl. I wouldn't have noticed if they had not done it like 5 times for each of my 3 protein scoops. When I go to other poke places, they just scoop once, and it doesn't matter if the scoop is a little full.

Really annoyed that they would scoop the meat and then proceed to do a 30 second jiggling act to drop most of the meat off from the scoop (x4)...they did this for every scoop while I'm watching and waiting...I wanted to order my toppings already too...it was a girl who did it, the guy at the counter was nice and did my friends bowl normal

Had an amazing time. The food was amazing and fresh. The portions were great! Quick and easy service, they have a lot of topping options to choose from. Love this addition to the mueller area!
