The food is super delicious, the place is very clean, the staff that works on Saturdays is very friendly and helpful, listens to your order and explains when you don't understand a combo. Miss Mery very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended and I look forward to returning to eat.

I have been to this location a few times and have always had a bad experience with the staff. The staff needs to learn how to listen to customers and not just do whatever they want.I asked for the fish to be flamed and the lady told me it would happen later, when later came I asked again… her response was like “you just ASKED for it to be flames not for it to be ACTUALLY flamed”When I tried to follow-up with her about where she got confused she rudely repeated “you only asked”There are way better poke spots around, I suggest looking around!100% never going back

i only had an hour breaj today, and i was trying to find something fast that wasnt fast food. i found pokeworks just in time and freddy was very fast and was amazing!

I agree that it is below average customer service. People working there don't seem happy and it shows in the preparation of the food. I believe on DoorDash you can order 3 proteins in a bowl but when I got to the restaurant I was told I can only have 2 proteins. The sushi burrito is also mediocre because it's just a mushy pile of food when you open to eat it because it's not closed all the way but not sure if that's the intention. The price for a burrito, milk tea, and bowl is about $50 which is also not worth

Poke is delicious! I enjoyed every single bite and it has unique additions such as a chili crunch and a variety of fish to choose from. I’m new to the place and i knew from the first bite it would become one of my favorite spots. The employees are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is enjoyable and calm. 10/10 totally recommend to try it out. The price is also not too bad for the quality.

We get poke once a week, and it’s unbeatable. We’ve tried several other places, and Pokeworks wins in terms of freshness of fish and delicious sauces, plus an authentic Hawaiian spam musubi!
