- The concept of multiple restaurants offering only pickup/delivery in one place was interesting and likely cost-efficient for them. - Pricing Concern: I paid over $20 for my poke bowl, which is more expensive than other places offering larger portions and better service. - Value for Money: Considering the reduced operational costs, I expected lower prices or at least similar pricing with better portion sizes i have had in other poke specialized restaurants. - Overall, while the experience was unique, the value didn’t match the price paid.

Pokeworks exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and I could tell great care was taken in sourcing high-quality fish and veggies. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. They patiently answered all my questions and made great suggestions for customizing my bowl. Overall, it was a perfect combination of great food and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I order on DoorDash, they mess up my order. I drive in person to try to fix it, and there’s nobody here. No number to call, no way to get assistance. Just robots delivery food to lockboxes. What is the world coming to?

I really don't understand why they chose this ordering concept. I find it silly and not that great. The rice was mushy, it was a huge portion. Ahi tuna and spicy tuna was delicious, it came with a fair portion size. Each topping was less than a spoonful.
