I'm not one for sweets, but I'll always have room for these cupcakes! My wife and I walked inside because she wanted cupcakes and very quickly after talking with Olga I also wanted one. Olga was fantastic and so easy to talk with. She was super helpful in deciding which one to get after we asked her what her favorites were. I'm so happy that this location is super close to my apartment because I'll be coming back as often as I can! Thank you so much Olga for being as sweet and helpful as you are!

I walked in after going to Cabo bobs to see if they sold individual cupcakes. The flavors vary some days (I went back again) but we tried the chocolate, strawberry, and lemon. They were so good I was so happy to find a cupcake that wasn't too sweet or dry. I'm tired of desserts emphasizing sugar instead of taste and moistness so was very happy with the cupcakes here :)

Totally worth the drive and price! Perfect cupcakes. We got the tiramisu, cinnamon sugar, and cookie dough. No photo because we tore into them too quickly but they looked cute too.

Great cupcakes, the owner let me grab some even though they had already closed. Great service and product

We recently used Polkadots for our wedding cake and we loved how it turned out. It was delicious and also decorated really well. Our guests also loved the cake. The tasting process was really easy and it was so hard to choose our flavor because everything was good. We highly recommend Polkadots if you're considering them for an event.

Pretty average cupcakes. They use the same vanilla cupcake for every type of cupcake. The frosting doesn't have much flavor. I'd avoid ordering from this place.

I have mixed emotions. I ordered a cake and the ordering process was fairly simple and a breeze. She was very friendly and accommodating. The cake looked exactly how I imagined. However, I should’ve heeded the reviews that said the taste was horrible. The pink icing was borderline rancid but I figure that is due to the color I chose. The cake itself was extremely bland, which was perfect for my 1 year old I guess, but everyone else- we like sugar. I prefer that my cake be sweet and moist and that is not what I got. For almost $200? I feel like it was extremely overpriced for the value,

I saw a recent review indicating that the cake this person ordered looked beautiful but tasted dreadful... I actually had the opposite experience. I ordered three cakes from Polkadots - two for our rehearsal dinner and one for our wedding reception. I have Celiac as do a couple of my family members, so I requested that the cakes be gluten-free. The cakes tasted absolutely wonderful but looked terrible to the point that I was embarrassed to serve them and asked that they not be photographed. I ordered two letter cakes and one semi-naked cake. One letter is meant to be a C and the other a P. She didn't even curve the C! It looked as if I asked young children to make my cakes. Considering each cake only served 30 people, I expected more from a $1K purchase.

Wow! Just stopped in to Polkadots Cupcake Factory. Their cupcakes are deliciously moist and perfect sweet. They are locally owned and you can tell they bake with love. You must check them out!

Polkadots & Olga were recommended to us by our planner Jen at Pearl Events and we could not have been happier with the custom cake she created for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful and equally as delicious. The only small flag is that we did have to cut the cake much earlier in the evening due to tiers starting to lean and cave in but it is now a memory we laugh about months after the wedding.

Cupcakes are so good - strawberry is my favorite. Cupcake is moist and very balanced with sugar not to sugary but not bland either.

Even though the cupcakes have gotten more pricey (I mean, what hasn't these days) I've loved Polkdadots since my college days! I'm super picky when it comes to cakes/cupcakes because I can't stand sickly sweet frosting- Polkdadots makes excellent cupcakes that aren't super sweet if that's not your thing either! I love their triple chocolate and check out their other flavors as well which change by the day!

Sorely disappointed!! $4 for a cupcake that was obviously made days ago, and stored in the refrigerator. The icing was cold and hard, and the cake absolutely disintegrated to the touch, leaving a pile of sticky crumbs. I don't know if this place is a front for something else, but there's NEVER anyone in there when I've walked by (on a daily basis). I had a hankering, and it was close by, so I thought I'd give it a try (despite my misgivings/assumptions); as always, ignoring my intuition(s) failed me. You've been warned; don't make the same mistake I did.
