To charge $7.99+tax for this little guac and chips is not only greedy, it’s downright disrespectful- especially when the menu side guac says it is $1.99 for 2oz guac. I am so upset that they charged me over $8 for this tiny little guac, and since I got my order in the drive-thru window, I didn’t get a chance to check it properly before leaving. I am a regular customer at Pollo Caliente but this is my last order. My family and I will not be going back because if this is how they are going to cheat their customers, they do not deserve my business. 0/10 do not recommend simply because of this reason.

I recently tried Pollo Caliente, and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the chicken fajita taco, and it was packed with flavor — perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned. All the sauces were excellent, each with its own unique taste, but my favorite by far was the chile de árbol sauce — it had just the right amount of spice and depth. Definitely one of the best fast food spots for authentic, flavorful food. Highly recommend! 🌮🔥

Overall a great place for food when you are in a hurry or on the go. I've had the breakfast tacos (picadillo and beef fajita). Also, the hamburger meal and onion rings. The food is really good and reasonably priced. The tacos were pretty small but good. The tortillas are very thin but also really good. They also have a really good mango drink with lots of pulp right next to the register it's super good. They did get a couple minor things mixed up on 2 of the orders but nothing horrible.
It's located inside Weird convenience store, which I love! Staff is friendly and store is very clean and uncluttered. And I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms as well.
