This place is great, my boyfriend and I come here every few weeks and it gets tastier each time. Nice atmosphere, AMAZING self serve salsa bar with the best carrots mm, like honestly this place is underrated! I wouldn’t even change anything about each dish, even the beans are good!! Our server today was Victor and he was very personable, friendly and professional. Ps the churros unbelievable

I came to Polvos for an event. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The drinks? Even better.
