Charlie and Jack gave 10/10 service. I admittedly came close to closing time and the guys immediately got to work to give the best experience possible. My food and drinks came out super quickly and it was the best burger I’ve ever had! Will be returning again to get this outstanding service.

Before you plop down at Deep Eddy Cabaret, grab yourself a burger and a Mai Tai just below the hill.
As a connoisseur of rum concoctions, it was easy to spot Pool Burger’s master of craft here. They are not serving a sickly sweet, confusing cruise ship Mai Tai. They are doing it the classic, Trader Vic Style. Quality ingredients, and great rums.
If you’re chasing Mai Tais in Austin, this is absolutely one you need to have.

Maybe one of my favorite little Burger spots in Austin. Don't take a huge crowd here, because you'll have a hard time getting a table, and you'll have a hard time getting drinks from the bar. If you're going to Pool Burger to drink a bunch, then you're in the wrong place. Food is amazing and so are the people that make it what it is.

Delicious food, cute spot. My only hesitation in returning is that they charge you for substitutions for cheese and condiments as an add-on. If I’d known that before completing the order I wouldn’t have stayed. Not transparent on the menu or at the stand. Seems a bit underhanded and like a bit of a cash grab. As I said… food was good. But I don’t like being up charged to switch American for Swiss and to switch mayo and yellow mustard for Dijonnaise

I was on a bike ride in my head hungry and I needed to use the bathroom. Deep eddy pool denied me I thought why not I could eat a burger. I sat at the bar got good service, I ordered The Loyal Forever which is a double. Before stopping at Pool Burger I felt really tired and I felt like blocking the guy I’ve been talking to and now I don’t anymore! Thanks Pool Burger.
