I’ve been to this Popeyes twice since being in Austin visiting my family. First day, I waited maybe 5 minutes to be served and that was first thing in the morning when they opened. However, my biscuits were nice and hot. Went back a few days later just to order one biscuit. Two employees were working. I said good morning, neither acknowledge me. I said it again and the guy who looked to be working on frying chicken, looked up and went in the back. The other guy looked as though he was cleaning a surface and then he looked at me when I said Good Morning for the third time. So I’m thinking king ok, clearly they see me standing here. He goes in the back and so I’m like ok, is anyone going to wait on me. After about 10 minutes, which I started to leave, but then I said to him again, Hello. He then stops what he is doing, come to the counter and I say in a friendly voice “are you done with your chores now”. He doesn’t even crack a smile or say anything. So I sau, all I want is a biscuit. He hands me the biscuit, I try to give him my money to pay for it, and he says “no charge”. Now I probably should give them more stars because the biscuit was hot and free, what I didn’t like was that both employees saw me, but ignored me as if I wasn’t even standing there. They could’ve at least said, “I’ll be with you shortly instead of ignoring me. So my stars are for the free hot biscuit, but not the service.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken meal tonight and it tasted old and dry. I won't be going back here again for chicken. It was so dry that the only thing edible was the batter.

Food is good. But if they don't feel like doing their jobs they'll say they're closed despite being within posted business hours and the open sign on. Just lazy.

The worst Popeyes I have ever been to. My food was cooked wrong, I was given an attitude when I went to address this. I asked for the extra sides I paid for didn’t get anything. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. The people barely spoke English and had the worst attitude ever. Thank you trump so much for what you’re doing making this country a better safer place.
