I love the experience the manager Ebed was really polite and didn’t mind giving me my biscuits since my kid accidentally dropped them.

I walked in today with some of my friends for a quick bite to eat. We were in a hurry so we placed it to go, however, an issue occurred upon us getting our food. Almost immediately I dropped it in the ground by accident, and the worker dropped instantly to clean it all up. He offered to replace everything and even add on some as compensation. The service here is truly immaculate and we will be returning, well done Gabe!!! ( and the rest of the popeyes crew)

Ordered online. Big mistake. The Popeyes website did not inform me that most of the items that I ordered were not available. I paid online and when I arrived at the store, they told me that most of the stuff on my order was not available today. So I asked them to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t do that or wouldn’t do that. Not sure which but in any event, he said I had to take it because he couldn’t cancel it, so I brought it home and discovered that the food that they gave me was not anywhere close to what I ordered. For example, I didn’t want anything spicy and everything they gave me was spicy. I ordered butterfly shrimp and they gave me little shrimp balls that appeared to be mostly made out of batter and very spicy. A total waste, and no place to go to complain about their lack of service and lack of product.
