Had a late night at work and drove in 10mins before closing, expecting some well deserved attitude. Instead, the guy taking my order was so pleasant and happy I was there. Got to the window, he asked how I was and got me my food. Jason isn't just an example of how to treat a customer, but how to treat each other.

REVIEW, 2.20.2025, 10:13 pm. While out of town for work & brought my parents with me to get away, on our last night in Austin, TX, we stopped here to get a quick & simple meal to take back to the hotel; the customer service was so wonderful, we stayed to eat! While waiting to order, I noticed there was plenty of chicken (spicy & original) I was kinda debating to order, not knowing if the chicken was freshly cooked or not, but also noticed the drive thru was hella busy! Ordered, wait not long at all & our 8 piece family meal tasted very FRESH! Biscuits were soft & hot, everything: FOOD, SERVICE, & bathrooms CLEAN!!! If I was a local, I’d drive from one side of town to this side, to enjoy a meal with the staff that worked tonight!

SN (insider, if staff see’s this): Kitchen prepares, please save the jalapeño juice, for us that will use it when the jalapeños are sold out. SMILY FACE

Went through the drive-through, it was obviously short-staffed, but the man on order taking was very kind. However, both myself and the other person in my party got upset stomachs through the night.
