Ordered 12 piece with the honey lemon pepper, got no sauce… Normally they add sauce so they get 3 stars. Changed to a 2 star, pretty certain this lemonade is watered down.

Great on service drive thru and dine in. Store smells clean and tables are wipped down. Fresh from biscuit to chicken perfect handburning hot. Johnathan was the one who served us today dine in well respectful employees came over and checked up on me and my party when we dined in asked if we were good need napkins or refills. Above and beyond thank you
They messed my order up, failed to give me the parts I requested, and I asked for a lot of honey; they gave me three packets.
Food was up to par but it needs to be correct.

Juan Ayala, the manager, provided exceptionally poor service. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, I politely inquired if it was ready. In an unprofessional and dismissive tone, he responded that he was busy and instructed me to wait in line. This defeats the purpose of ordering online, as I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes, allowing my food to get cold. Very disappointing experience.
