awesome crawfish food truck. a lot of seating around even indoor if weather is not good. a playground nearby for the kids and it's also pet friendly. the staffs are super friendly , they came over to check on us many times to make sure we got everything we need.
I got the Bayou special which comes with 2lbs crawfish , one corn and one potato. it's crawfish season so the crawfish are big and fresh, i got the 8/10 spicy , it got some kicks but not burning. at the end of the meal my lips are definitely on fire. the crawfish is very flavorful but a bit on the salty side.

Don’t get the Brussels sprouts or pops mushrooms. Not as advertised. Just boiled and sprinkled with spicy Cajun seasoning. Very sad vegetables. Dipping sauce was basically 1000 island.
