They were out of many foods and the staff was moderately kind. The reason for the 3 stars (not the staff or the lack of foods, b/c it was hot in the mall and the food lacking may have been b/c of supply chain issues out of their control) is that the fries weren't anything special, they were just pre-made frozen fries with different flavors on them. I would prefer Five Guys, In-N-Out Burger, or Chic-fil-A fries. They claim to be the best fries in Texas. I would say, when Chic fil A is closed, they are perhaps the best fries in the mall?

Mall food is my guilty pleasure and usually my expectations are below the ground. However, these fries are actually very tasty. We got sour cream and onion flavored curly fries. They aren't greasy at all, have a good crunch to them, and are seasoned evenly. 6/5 stars from me

Honestly these were some of the best fries we’ve ever tried but the business needs to solve operating issues. We were able to eat from here once after moving to Austin; every single other time we’ve come to this mall no one has been at the counter. We try to make it a point to check every time. Wishing for fries….

Delicious tater tots! I got the spicy BBQ seasoning with honey mustard and it was awesome. Perfectly crispy and no oil residue. Cute guy workin the counter too....
I wanted to try it weeks ago but there was no one at the counter, and I only saw one worker today, so my guess is that they are limited in staff. However, the fries are really great. I got the medium size, and these definitely got me full. Takes about 4 minutes to be ready, and the flavor was great, not overwhelming to the point you can’t taste the fry. I’d totally come back.

Every time I'm at the mall, I always have to stop by Potato Guys to get some fries and chicken tenders! There is a great variety of flavors and different styled fries on the menu where you can create your perfect combo of fries and flavors. Personally, I love getting the tater tots with a mixture of sour cream & onion and spicy bbq. The fries are always tasting so fresh, crispy and flavorful! The customer service is spectacular and the workers are so welcoming! Overall, this place is a must if you love eating tasty fries! 10/10 recommend!!!
