I visited this Potbelly location recently and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The restaurant could have been cleaner, and there was a noticeable odor when I walked in. The staff seemed a bit disengaged, and there were some issues with how the food was prepared and packed — some sauces ended up on the outside of the packaging, which made it messy to handle. I usually enjoy Potbelly, so I’m hoping this was just an off day for this location.

Was going to leave a 3 star before I called- glad I called! The shift lead is attentive, kind and made us feel listened to. Food at this location is lovely, but my boyfriend had a rude experience at the station and a petty amount of sauce given lol. This probably won't happen to you tho- they usually fill it up half way or even over! 😎

Compete waste on your time. When I say a waste of your time I mean it takes forever to get a mediocre at best sandwich. They are also a company that discriminates against people who only have cash. Just avoid it and go to thundercloud or another of Austin's many wonderful sandwich shops.

She’s completely oblivious to anything. We ordered something off the menu and her response is okay what do you want on it. “How it comes” oh well ugh those are my toppings -points to menu. Then doesn’t even make the order correct. She seems like she’s on another planet to be honest

Food was amazing, one of the best sandwiches and lemonade I ever had, their service was nice but they messed up my order slightly, only bad thing was the messy tables! 8/10, would recommend!

Normally I wouldn’t have any issues with this location, everyone is always welcoming and helpful. Today seemed to be a different case, the employee with a bit of green dye in their hair wasn’t too pleasant. When I went to scan my points I accidentally did the wrong scanner and went to the next station and scanned again. Maybe a mix up happened who knows but the conversation that occurred was very counter productive. They told me I scanned the wrong one for points I said yes but I scanned this new one and they interrupted me and stated I scanned the wrong one once again. I tried to clarify I scanned again at the register we were at but they seem to not understand what I was saying and said I needed to scan again. The over all interaction was very unpleasant so I gave up, coming from a job that deals with customer service I understand it’s stressful but I was the only one in line and quite frankly they were just rude. I hope on a better day they can be a bit more positive and commutative towards customers.

I will not be returning to these sandwich shops since they do not want my money. They only accept credit cards or Apple Pay, but NOT cash.
Also, their bathroom was deplorable and a downright health hazard.
