Bathroom was DISGUSTING. Clearly understaffed. The lady at the counter could not answer any basic questions. I just don’t get how incompetent she was. I read the chain has new ownership. Potbellies has always been a fond memory for me - I used to love their sandwiches and shakes and I make it a point to go to one when I see one since there is none in Georgia yet. I am literally grossed out from going to another Potbelly for a LONG TIME. Good luck new owners. This chain is becoming garbage.

This is the first Potbelly location I’ve ever been to and I love it! The Italian sandwich is my favorite. The prices are pretty decent for college students. The staff are always so friendly and happy to help. Thank you!

I visited this Potbelly location recently and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The restaurant could have been cleaner, and there was a noticeable odor when I walked in. The staff seemed a bit disengaged, and there were some issues with how the food was prepared and packed — some sauces ended up on the outside of the packaging, which made it messy to handle. I usually enjoy Potbelly, so I’m hoping this was just an off day for this location.

Was going to leave a 3 star before I called- glad I called! The shift lead is attentive, kind and made us feel listened to. Food at this location is lovely, but my boyfriend had a rude experience at the station and a petty amount of sauce given lol. This probably won't happen to you tho- they usually fill it up half way or even over! 😎

First time here. Had not been to a Pot Belly in years. Location on campus was quite busy. Staff were OK. Sandwiches were fine. Would return.
Compete waste on your time. When I say a waste of your time I mean it takes forever to get a mediocre at best sandwich. They are also a company that discriminates against people who only have cash. Just avoid it and go to thundercloud or another of Austin's many wonderful sandwich shops.

She’s completely oblivious to anything. We ordered something off the menu and her response is okay what do you want on it. “How it comes” oh well ugh those are my toppings -points to menu. Then doesn’t even make the order correct. She seems like she’s on another planet to be honest
