Really good sandwich. The wreck is my favorite. The meats and cheeses are delicious. They also have delicious shakes. Don't forget to try their house picked peppers they are so good and very spicy. The menu can be a little complicated so I recommend looking online ahead of time if it's your first time ordering here. As the line moves fast.

No organization. One person takes your order and another checks you out asking you what you got. No communication between them. They don’t ask you what toppings you want and walk you down the line like any other sandwich place. So we just sat there getting late because it was so disorganized and no one knows what’s going on or tells you. No point coming here, just go to thundercloud

Avoid this location. I would have given zero stars if it were possible. I ordered an Avo Turkey sandwich, and when I got home, I noticed the avocado was spoiled. Absolutely awful.

They have tasty sandwiches and are a good value. However I frequently order online and on multiple occasions I have had to wait 5 minutes or more just for an employee to hand me the bag with my sandwich. My order is ready when I arrive but I literally stand there and stare across the counter at the bag with my sandwich, watching for several minutes as it gets cold while I wait for an employee to acknowledge me and hand me the bag. Great sandwiches but please improve your process for getting customers their online orders. Having to wait upwards of five minutes at the counter just to have someone hand me my bag on the other side of the counter is inexcusable. I am sure with just some minimal training, the store can do so much better.

What a wonderful first visit to a Potbelly Sandwich shop! Trevor and Lilly were so friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was awesome! Tried the AvoTurkey sandwich and it was delicious! A+++ experience and we will be back!!

This is my forever Potbelly location!!! I not only order from here all the time but I get my catering done from here. I had a last minute order for a very large group and the manager helped me out BIG TIME!!! I felt so bad for this last minute request and having to put him and his team in this sticky situation with me but they pulled through! They are my life savor and will always have my business for our events. This is my forever Potbelly location! Thank you to the manager and to his team for doing a wonderful job on not only the food but the customer service. You guys are amazing! Thank you! :-)

I am truly disappointed in the service of this location. I placed an order for pickup via doordash and unfortunately my doordasher experienced racism with comments such as "you should be working for me". The order ended up getting canceled. This is disappointing to hear and I feel terrible my doordasher had to face this experience. I would recommend going to a different location.
