This is my forever Potbelly location!!! I not only order from here all the time but I get my catering done from here. I had a last minute order for a very large group and the manager helped me out BIG TIME!!! I felt so bad for this last minute request and having to put him and his team in this sticky situation with me but they pulled through! They are my life savor and will always have my business for our events. This is my forever Potbelly location! Thank you to the manager and to his team for doing a wonderful job on not only the food but the customer service. You guys are amazing! Thank you! :-)

I am truly disappointed in the service of this location. I placed an order for pickup via doordash and unfortunately my doordasher experienced racism with comments such as "you should be working for me". The order ended up getting canceled. This is disappointing to hear and I feel terrible my doordasher had to face this experience. I would recommend going to a different location.

I recently visited Potbelly Sandwich in Austin, Texas and had a mostly positive experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. However, I did have a few issues with the service. The music was playing extremely loudly, to the point where I could barely hear the person taking my order. Additionally, she spoke very quickly and I, as an international student, had difficulty understanding what she was saying. These issues made the experience a bit frustrating. Overall, I would give Potbelly 4 stars and recommend them to others, but suggest they turn down the music volume and slow down their service pace slightly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
