Discovered Praxis on our visit to Austin and came back every morning. Cool airstream trailer and they do it right. Super friendly and have amazing coffee. Husband and I got pour-overs each morning they were top-notch. A must visit Austin spot. We will be back on our next trip to Austin. Highly recommend

We love this place - some of the best coffee in Austin. The iced honey lavender latte is a must try, as is the mocha! They have great seasonal flavors too, all housemade I believe. My dog also loves coming (she gets a treat!)
One of THE Best Coffee and Espresso drinks south of Austin!! They value what they do, and it shows. I love that they have direct relationships with their coffee farms and make sure they have the best quality coffee while also compensating their farms more than fairly. They don't over roast their beans like some places, so the flavor is always on point. While it's a "coffee truck," where it's located (Lustre Pearl), it gives great access to amazing and very clean outdoor seating as well as some indoor seating. Did I mention clean? Super clean areas in and out. Amazing and SUPER friendly staff team, and again, super delish coffee and espresso beverages. I've had tea a few times and super good, too, but I'm mostly a latte person :) Add them to your regular coffee stops!

I pulled up on a Monday, around 10am. I had a honey lavender oat milk latte, it was excellent. I usually drink my latte without any syrup, but this syrup was mild enough that I could enjoy the espresso. The barista was really kind and invited me to enjoy my coffee inside of Lustre Pearl where it was air conditioned and had wifi so went in and got some work done!
