What made this such a fantastic coffee house was/is “Andy,” the customer service person who attended to me. Kind, respectful and professional. Overall it made my Omni hotel experience one of the best I’ve ever had.
This was the only coffeehouse in Austin we went to besides Starbucks that had skim milk which is a necessity in my wife’s book. It’s inside of the hotel and the vibe and design is really cool. The seats were a little uncomfortable. I had there drink of the month which was an iced Wild Peach latte and I really liked it. It almost tasted like a milkshake.
Came here this morning with my fiancé to try out a new coffee shop in Austin. Firstly, the coffee shop is in a hotel/office building and you must enter through the hotel which was not a problem at all. Actually quite nice considering how many homeless people walk around outside the coffee shops. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Very peaceful. My only complaint is that their coffee is not served in a mug and they use to go cups instead.
