Store hours need to be adjust. Came over at 7:50am and store was closed and nobody answered the phone when I called.

The food is good but the environment is absolutely nasty lmao. The walls, the floors, don’t get me started on the bathroom - COVERED in gunk and grime 😂 honestly very embarrassing for a place that touts themselves as a bougie California juicery

Employee taking our order was rude and unhelpful, but the male employee who was stocking stuff was more helpful with menu recommendations.

I was excited to try this location because I love the bottled smoothies at Costco. This location seems like a disaster. Only 1 employee working a busy Saturday night. When I go there there was a sign on the door saying they’d be back in 15 min. On top of all that, it was so dark in the store I couldn’t read the signs. There was broken glass on the floor that I stepped on. The floors were disgustingly dirty. I will not be going back to this location. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Costco.

The young lady working on July 27, 2025 at 4:30pm was extremely rude. We were unaware that she was on a break when we entered, but she had no problem yelling at my family to let us know. My wife has a Pressed Juicer account but we will not spend another dime there. I will not spend money in an establishment that doesn't respect its patrons.

We went with the chocolate and protein açaí freezes and were seriously impressed. The taste was rich but still felt super clean and healthy. Loved how easy it was to customize to what we liked!

This was my first visit to Pressed. I enjoyed the OG Acai Bowl. It was delicious! Shout out to Diamonte, who made my first visit special. He explained the detox drink to me very well. He's a keeper 😉! I'll be back for sure when I'm in town!

I had never done a full day cleanse before but my girlfriend wanted to do one together. We decided on the Cleanse 1 : Beginner Juice Cleanse. I went in to this location with no information on how it works, so I figured the employees would impart some wisdom. To my surprise, the two associates offered me absolutely no education whatsoever. The service wasn’t there at all which was a bummer. Come to find out I got an incorrect juice in my lineup; instead of receiving Daily Greens + Ginger (Greens 3) I got a duplicate of the Daily Greens + Sweet Apple (Greens 2). I can understand if it wasn’t available but I was not made aware of this. Not a great experience overall. I may try a different location going forward. The juices I’ve had thus far are very good though, my favorite is the Vanilla.

Management Warning: bad employee with nose ring working 12pm 4-26. Bad attitude, told us uncomfortable as we watched our product being made. She may be a nice person but should Not be front of house retail. For her sake and yours. Free her to go find a better fit. 2 people walked in and out in our 5 min being there no purchase. You have a 3.6 rating and multiple mentions of bad employees. Management needs to fix the staffing, friendly, buddy, extroverted people and put in some tables and chairs. Make the place inviting otherwise doesn't look like you'll be very profitable in this high rent district. As a business owner with over 300 employees I know how hard it is. But Right People, Right Seat is key. You have a culture issue at this location.
