So bad, they got my order all wrong , not one right thing….. also the energy in there is not it, I don’t care for the typical American customer service, but like cmon at least be a little friendly

The girl working today, Friday Sept 6, was super friendly - 5-star service! And the bowl she made was absolutely delicious! Clean inside also. Great experience, will certainly be back!

I felt as if I was 100% racially profiled here. I’m 17 and my phone died so I wanted to get a juice from one of my former favorite juicery, and also got side that I asked the guy at the counter if I could use the outlet to charge my phone as my phone had died and I wanted to let my mom know I was okay and coming home soon. He yelled, “ No” at me and I asked him why not if I’m already here to buy something and he completely shunned me. This is not okay, and will never be ok. I will never come back here, and neither will my friends.

Terrible energy when entering store. No welcome, no "I'll be right with you.." no, "One moment.." No niceties to anyone who entered when we were there. The line of people just watched a white guy with beard prepare pickup orders. Waited 10 minutes and he looks up and says, "what do you want!" Mind you, AFTER he was busy putting stickers on pick up orders. The customers in the restaurant should at least be greeted if they can't be served quickly. It's confusing and makes one think it's a pick up only place. Vegan soft serve was subpar. We want vegan options and this product's quality coupled with terrible customer service supports we will NEVER visit again. We want to be served by people who are pleasant and know how to communicate common politeness when running a business. Add to that the store stinks. Not sure why, but it smelled like a public bathroom, even though they don't have a public bathroom. A terrible waste of money and our family time. Back to Juiceland!

Literally left at the gate. GATE?!?! Didn’t notify me so it was out there in 90+ degree weather for hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t order from here. 0/10

It is not good. I ordered tropical with banana, they gave me just one topping for the price of 3. Do not recommend it.

Did the 5 day detox. After 3 days of intense diarrhea I realized that the almond milk has carrageenan although it is not listed. I can promise you it’s there. My diarrhea will tell you so. However, The other juices in the cleanse are ok. I did miss having more beet based juice, there is 1 but tastes terrible- it has squash in it which tastes really weird. I do miss Daily Juice but this could work with some tweaks. Just have to order juices individually and absolutely no almond milk anything. You all should label these things Pressed. That’s a major FAIL because this is a serious digestive inflammatory for those with intolerance and allergy, it’s no small deal. I am hoping that tomorrow on day 5 after a full day break I can be done with liquid diarrhea myself.Ordering note- whatever you do , do not place the order for a multi day juice at the domain. You will be carrying that forever to your car because there is no parking near the store unfortunately.

Ordered Tuesday evening, the staff assisting us was very rude. My friend bought more since he liked the product and the staff slammed the box of juice at the counter, in front of us. We liked the product but won’t go back and will not recommend.

I got the soft serve and it tasted amazing but the employee and service at this Pressed location was very poor. I've been to other Pressed locations but this one they barely filled my cup with soft serve and the guy working was not happy and was not welcoming or inviting at all. Lots of better places to choose around the Domain for a healthy treat or juice.

Great service and great products. My kids love the “healthy soft serve” and I adore the chlorophyll shots. Great place for healthy treats and drinks.It is in the domain - plenty of free parking in the parking garages.Very dietary friendly. Loads of vegan options. Wheelchair accessible.The chlorophyll shot was keto friendly! (They discontinued it… booo)
