I have to say—I’m genuinely impressed. Austin friends, if you're ever craving Mexican food with real Mexican flavor, do yourself a favor and visit Pueblo Viejo on Riverside. As 🐷someone🐷 who knows good food—especially the kind that tastes like home—this place checks all the boxes. Great vibe, bold flavors, solid variety. Definitely worth the stop.

Excellent spot for green enchiladas. A great experience all around, and next to Flitch coffee too!

Really good barbacoa. The lamb was so tender and seasoned well. The carne asada taco was good also. The ladies are true masters of their craft. I will be back again. They make you feel special go during the week. Dog friendly area too.

Wow! Found an excellent hearty salad in the city!! The base has both lettuce and spinach. Comes with avocado. Fair serving size of the protein choice. Cooked veggies on top and is actually a normal price.

These are the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had and despite being over $4 each, I cannot stop getting them. The mi madre taco is heaven on earth and there’s a great coffeeshop next door.

Pueblo Viejo is our standard stop for breakfast tacos. My go to are the Don Chago and Pueblo Viejo, and the creamy Serrano salsa. The Tillery location shares the space with Flitch Coffee so it’s a one-stop-shop. The area has added a ton of covered seating in the last year which helps on Saturdays and Sundays when it is packed.

BEST food and service. A great place and must-go for Mexican food in Austin. Super great service and always so consistent in the great quality of food. ⭐☀️🌮 There's a lot of seating options under a covered roof outside and flitch coffee is next door. Flitch has wifi.

My friend said he’s been coming here for a while and the food is always the best! They have a great menu and their salsas are delicious. The food came out so quickly. The chicken and asada has great flavor but the al pastor is phenomenal! Loved the little pineapple pieces.
