Delicious Father’s Day burger and beer special with crisp tater tots. Excellent stuffed waffle with berries and granola. Daughter likes the mocktail selection and I enjoyed the Aperol spritz selections.
Great service, cool place, the bacon on my burger was so brittle I chipped a tooth, very not good 😔
Good food, friendly service and plenty of activities to choose from for a night out qith friends!
Food was great and good price for the size. Service is so incredibly slow and we didn’t go here at all peak time. Took about 20/30 minutes to even get our order placed. Both the servers were nice but just had no sense of urgency or ability to multitask. We also have additional charges on our cards (which is currently being resolved by the manager) when my bill was only supposed to be $20 but my card has an extra $4 I assume the bartender added a tip himself as he didn’t give us a receipt for anything or anything to sign I hope this wasn’t the case but both my friend and I have these additional chargers her being $7 extra. We did not have a tab and closed out immediately. I very much appreciate the manager taking my call and saying he would look into this but again I really hope we didn’t have someone tipping themselves on someone’s card and he was very insistent on us paying with card even though we had cash but we assumed it might be easier so we were okay with the card just a bit concerning but again atmosphere is great so are the prices very fun place just make sure you get a receipt for everything.
I went here last week with a couple of friends to do karaoke. We wanted to try a new place so with a quick google search we found punch bowl offered karaoke. On their website there wasn’t much informative on karaoke—only a big button that says “Book a room”. The price was $40/hr which is a little pricer than other private karaoke rooms in the area, but we like trying new places and the atmosphere looked fun so it wasn’t big deal initially.
Since the website didn’t mention anything about walk ins, I booked the room and it gave me $15 fee for booking. I will say that it was my bad that I didn’t realize this was a service fee NOT $15 towards the total of $40. However I do think $15 is quite a steep service charge for a $40 experience.
When we arrived our room wasn’t ready and we were told a staff member was going to clean it. We had to wait for about 10 minutes and when we walked in the small room two staff members were sitting in the room using it as a break room??
Overall this was a poor experience. Other notable things were: the two music speakers were out of sync with each other, no mic
covers, no a/c, the door didn’t stay shut (we had to prop the door close with a stool), and the karaoke song selection was through your phone through a janky website. I will not be coming back.
Such a beautiful place to go enjoy dinner with friends or family. The place is spacious and clean. Customer service is very professional and polite. Went there and was very satisfied
Parking: The place is in Domain Austin and they have free parking garages and also some across the street.

I live in the Domain. Ive only ever ordered the chicken and waffles here. I just ordered a burger and fries with a side of appetizer rosemary fries. I walk back to my apartment on Century Oaks..burger unseasoned and not warm and fries soggy. Im not happy with this culinary experience.

Absolutely loved this place, great food and service. Me and my friend came from Louisiana to a concert in Austin Texas and we decided to stop her for food before the concert and it was the best decision we made

Our server Jessie was very attentive and helpful. The food was extraordinary, and there’s few places that give off a cooler vibe than here! Would definitely come here again!

Bowling lanes were not working. Tried 4 different lanes all had some sort of issue.

First time here, and although it was a little too crowded and loud for me, our server MAX, made it a very enjoyable night for our team event! He kept the drinks coming, never disappeared, and had a great personality. With service like his, I'll definitely be coming back. Only downside of the night were the bowling lanes that kept malfunctioning ?♂️
