I had an amazing experience at the bar thanks to Sam, the bartender. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Sam's cocktail skills are absolutely top-notch; she crafted some of the best drinks I've ever had. Her high knowledge about the bar and its extensive offerings was truly impressive. Whether you're a fan of classic cocktails or looking to try something new, Sam always has the perfect recommendation.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and her ability to remember everyone's preferences. She effortlessly managed a busy bar while still providing personalized service to each guest. Sam's friendly and welcoming attitude created a fun and relaxed atmosphere that made the night even better. Her passion for her craft is evident in every drink she makes.
Overall, Sam's exceptional service and expertise made my visit unforgettable. If you're looking for a great night out, I highly recommend stopping by and having Sam mix up some drinks for you. You won't be disappointed!

Service was great! The atmosphere is good. However the food is expensive and terrible. In this economy eating out as a family is a very rare occasion for us. We decided to try this place and left completely unsatisfied and hangry. I ordered wings. The wings/chicken had an odd rubbery taste. The chicken they used was definitely old and not fresh. I could only eat two and I was done. I couldn’t bring myself to eat anymore in fear of food poisoning. We paid $70 for one kids meal one entree and an appetizer!! Crazy considering the quality. I will never be back and advise you go elsewhere to enjoy a meal.

Don't waste your time! This place is beyond pathetic. Bartenders have the charisma of a pack of ants (entire staff looked very defeated; like they're in a prisoner camp). I actually thought a few of them were mute.
On top of that the drinks suck. No alcohol, all sugar smh! Gross
Take the five minute walk to Rock Rose Ave and you'll have a bunch more options. It's well worth it!!!
P.S. No need to respond. Use your time to clean house!!!

The food was good. It smelled pretty bad in the restaurant and there were private events going on, they sat us right next to the party even though there were tons of other empty tables- soooo awkward.
Venue looked incredible, we were looking for interactive games for a bachelorette party but it was oddly quiet for noon on a Sunday!! Food was absolutely delicious service was a little slow but over all great for big parties
I wish that Punch bowl social was actually Punchable social,?
My friend called ahead as she actually really wanted to play ping pong, yes, I know, ping pong is a strange request and all, but they neglected to tell us that there was a group business party that had reserved basically the whole place for an event, including the ping pong which we were not able to play. We got a couple appetizers, drinks and waited. Both appetizers were terrible. See below. The whole ground level area was effectively roped off for the event, and we had to go downstairs into what felt like a basement, in spite of the fact that it was roughly happy hour timelines, And the natural light was nice upstairs.
The drinks were expensive compared to most of Austin.
The bartenders were nice, but were clearly overworked, And every single one of them asked if we were with the event.
The food we ordered were bison fries and the vegan nachos. Both were a miserable excuse for an appetizer. If we wanted french fries and tortilla chips we would have gotten what we wanted. But all of the toppings/ bison/vegan cheese/ anything else that was supposed to be on there was almost not present. Pictures attached, though the pictures make it look like there is more topping than was actually there. You had to dig to find anything other than either a french fry or a tortilla chip. And even at that they both were just mediocre tasting food.
Overall, if you want to play games and chill, this might not be a bad spot. If you want food or drinks, plan to get terrible food, and very expensive drinks. You could walk to Velvet Taco next door to eat, it's actually pretty nice on the food. Try the buffalo chicken taco at Velvet Taco. Just dont eat here.
Also downtown, there is no parking included so you'll have to pay for that separately, however, that's par for the course downtown.
Vegetarian options: The food is terrible.

I had an amazing time at Punchbowl Social Austin. We played a round of darts and also some ping pong. The chicken wings and the sweet potato fries were off the chain. We even got to meet Chef Sean. Great cook and super nice guy.

For reference, I have a wheat allergy. I ordered shrimp tacos, altered to be on corn tortillas. Waiter correctly repeated my order back to me right after ordering and when he handed me a dish. (I was with a group and our dishes were ordered at the same time, but came out in small waves, and which certainly did not help) I had never been here before and trusted him to be able to tell dished apart. He handed me a plate of breaded, deep fried cauliflower tacos on flour tortillas. I took a bite, immediately knew something was wrong, and began looking around for our waiter. It took another waiter to come over with my correct dish for him to come back. (This all happened at my friend’s birthday party, and completely tainted the experience)
Wonderful atmosphere and waiter came around to our party frequently. Once I got my correct meal, it tasted good.
Will not be going back

I have a few suggestions. I work very close to the location, however my coworkers and I stopped going because it took so long to get the food last time that it basically wasted our whole lunch break. I wish there was an online ordering system where we could pre-order our food and go pick it up. Also please mark which menu items can be made vegan or put up a separate menu so it is crystal clear. We don't want to guess and or have to ask the staff a hundred questions that they wont know the answer to.
Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options but the menu/ordering experience is not optimal. Some items are marked vegetarian but there is no mention of which items can be made vegan.

We had a happy hour here and we really enjoyed our time! The food was very good, especially the chicken and waffles! They have normal syrup if you don’t like the syrup it comes with. I will say that the Punch Bowl at the Domain is better, but we still enjoyed out time here.
