Showed up at 10:37 on a Tuesday and was told they open at 11. According to the Q'Doba website, they open at 11. I've loved doba for years and this was super frustrating.

I loooooove this place! Compared to chipotle and free birds this is definitely the top burrito bowl place!! QUESO AND GUACAMOLE comes with the burrito if you choose !! They have other stuff too and a small five dollar bowl perfect for me or kids!!!!

If you like Chipotle, you'll like this place. They give you a good amount of food so I get the mini burrito bowl instead which is super filling but small enough that I can actually finish it. Krishna is my absolute favorite. I work at the mall so I come here a little too often. She is always super helpful and the food is always great when she's there.
Came to this place when it was listed as open online. It was not open the employees were rude and seemed hungover. Won't eat here again.

So happy this place opened in the mall. Almost always my go-to. One thing I wish I could share with a manager...I've had to ask several different employees on several different occasions to recook the fajita veggies. They are supposed to be soft, wilted, and often almost burnt on the edges which is how they get their flavor. Some days they're perfect, but a lot of times they're barely cooked, almost raw. Hard to eat big slices of onion when they're not caramelized correctly. Please teach your staff how long to cook fajita veggies and you've got 5 stars from me.

FOOD - Chicken Taco Salad: your choice of chicken or steak in a bowl or tortilla shell. The bowl is completely customizable. I added rice, lettuce, salsa, pica de gallo, corn, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and guacamole (which is free btw!). My taco salad was delicious and filling. 4.5/5 SERVICE: Fast and friendly. 4/5 FINAL THOUGHTS: I would definitely come back. I was hesitant at first because there was literally no one in line. All the surrounding options had long lines but I can find those in any CA malls. I wanted something different. I'm glad I chose QDOBA. I enjoyed my meal.

I'd like to start by saying this used to be my go to place for comfort food all through high school I ate here maybe 5 times a week during high school in Highlands ranch Colorado. So you could say I love the food. So when I saw a Qdoba coming to my neighborhood in Austin TX I was thrilled I got my girlfriend and we went straight there for dinner. I was ready for my classic chicken quest burrito with guacamole. The same thing I had ordered at least 100 times before. When I got up to the counter I noticed the chicken looked dry and was at the bottom of the pan so I asked for fresh that was no Problem but as I go down the line I just start to notice how everything looks old the guacamole had brown on top and had been stirred to hide the brown, the Queso had a thick layer on top like it had been sitting for way to long. After this experience I decided to just brush it off and try it again during a peak hour when everything would have to be fresh!! I came back a few days later on my lunch break and man I was disappointed I had the same experience again. Sorry to say I guess this isn't the place it used to be it doesn't hit the spot like I remember. I really hope this changes and I can once again go get some of my favorites especially when it cools off I'm looking forward to some Mexican gumbo.
