Another typical RA Sushi. Average service and food. However, this restaurant was not clean. I won't detail what my wife found in the women's bathroom, table was sticky and my menu had greasy finger prints on every page. I'm giving up on this brand.

I have been to RA sushi several times!! It's a staple when guest come in town to visit. There were not many people when we first got there but it was clear they were a bit understaffed. I'm from the service industry so I have a lot of understanding and patience and caught on quick. The hosts and greeters were so kinda and welcoming. Parker was our server and had quite a few tables. Once he got to us, he was apologetic and polite, and knowledgable about the menu, quick to get us waters and cocktail and super responsive and fun despite being very busy! The food was a 12/10 as always, and he took such good care of us! Can't thank Parker enough!

Emily was great and super friendly! She made the experience amazing and gave us information on different food items and drinks. We felt so comfortable being there and having her as our server! She was fantastic and would definitely come again just to get her!!

Complete lack of attention to the customer. The waitress was completely inattentive to our order and it did not all come out at once. Our appetizer never came out. We asked the waitress, the bartender, and the hostess for ginger and Wasabi about 6 times and it finally came out when our food was almost gone. Our sushi took almost an hour to come out. The worst part is they weren't even busy. Guess we know why.

Skip it. Gross. Worse that grocery store sushi. Never had sushi that bad. Bad service and the food was worse.

Beautiful spot, nice service, speedy, but definitely subpar sushi. I ordered 4 items, and all of them had issues:-Rackin' shrimp: too heavy on breading-Viva Las Vegas roll: a fried roll that was not hot or crispy-Garlic ponzu yellowtail: sinew-y-Unagi nigiri: too much rice, rice packed too tight so it was gummy, and the eel quality was just mehI will not return.

Simply a shame….what was once such a good place. The food is still great the issue is the service I would with confidence say the service at a run down McDonald’s trumps what I’ve experienced here the last few visits, I nearly had to do everything myself besides cook the food and bring it to my table, I would not recommend anyone with little patience dine here.

I think this place is banking on location and maybe their happy hour drinks? The sushi is sub par, and that's being generous. Tough seaweed in the rolls, almost inedible (not fresh) nigiri, and the sushi rice tastes like it's at least a day old. Even the seared ahi tuna seemed like it had sit in the refrigerator for far too long before being served. You could get a better experience with the sushi at Central Market. If you want to get drunk and loud with your friends in a downtown setting, this is the place to be. There was plenty of that going on. But that killed the ambience for anyone who wanted a better dining experience. Also, the tables weren't clean. Somehow I got a sticky chili sauce on my shirt, and we didn't order anything of the sort. The only redeeming factor, the friendly staff and their attempt at good service. I know it's not their call, but I'm over the weird electronic payment at the table while the waiter hovers over you holding the device. Such an awkward experience. Probably never returning unless it's a paid-for work or social event, and even then, I'm steering clear of the sushi.

The drinks and food are a NO for me, the views are amazing however, be prepared to be disappointed with both the drinks and food. The staff is really amazing.

Well I have been coming to RA for 10 years and had no problem, today I ordered delivery for the first time, I feel robbed, you just lost a costumer cause I will never come back after this, the portions I received are laughable for the price. 10 dollars for a tiny beef fried rice container that had one piece of beef… 9 dollars for the tiniest seaweed salad portion I ever seen. And you didn’t add any soy sauce for the sushi rolls I ordered

The server barely talked to us at all, never brought us utensils or share plates. She never refilled our waters. The roll I ordered specified it would come out on a hot plate but the roll and plate were cold to the touch. Our server was also very rude, walking away while I was still talking to her. 3/10 experience. The view was nice and the food was decent but the server really made me and my wife upset on our special night.

Called to see if they were accepting walk ins. The hosted stated yes. We came 30 minutes later and were denied service and they were rude about it at the hostess station. We are from out town and this was how they treated us. Don’t come there unless you make a reservation. If you don’t you get treated like trash.

Terrible service. The server was not knowledgeable and not helpful. Our food came out wrong first and had to be sent back. We also never received two dishes we ordered and the server said he put the ticket it and was still going to charge us even though he never brought our food or had it made again?!?! So ridiculous. Will not return. Not worth the price for the low quality meal with a very high price, terrible service, and bad experience.

Food came it in a weird order. If you want your appetizer to come out first, do not order it with your main. Waters were never refilled. Ordered a beer and it never came. Our waiter was also a bartender which explains why we saw them twice during out meal, I don't blame them, they were working two jobs essentially. However, it seemed like the rest of the staff was either lost or new. Food was mediocre. Not worth the price in the slightest. Our server was also watching over my shoulder as I was paying/leaving a tip. In my opinion that is very unprofessional and uncomfortable for the guest. Do yourself a favor and listen to the other reviews until this place gets their act together.
