Frequent here often because I live so close. Every single time I ask for extra crispy chicken and fries. I never ever get extra crispy anything and the last two times my chicken was on the verge of raw.

Raising Cane’s on Brodie Lane in Austin is always a great experience! The chicken fingers are consistently hot, crispy, and delicious, and the Cane’s sauce is unbeatable. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the restaurant is always clean. Whether I'm grabbing a quick meal or picking up a family combo, they never disappoint. One of my favorite spots for comfort food in South Austin!

Low quality, high prices.
I mean it’s Cane’s. What’s not to like? This location can be a little busy and parking fills up fast, however, the inside is very spacious and there’s always plenty of seating available. Staff are very good about flipping tables to ensure there’s always a place to sit since this is a very high trafficked location being so close to campus. The chicken is always good and their honey mustard sauce is my favorite! The service is always fast too whether you go through drive thru or dine in.

I ordered a box combo, no coleslaw, sub extra bread + extra sauce, with hot sauce. They forgot the extra bread, sauce, and hot sauce. but they remembered to take out my coleslaw! unbelievably bad and unprofessional service.
