Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Haven't been there in years. Head definitely gone down hill. The chicken wasn't very good. But the Dr Pepper was.

Chicken and fries were not crispy as other stores, even though I requested extra crispy. The air conditioner was not cool enough. The restroom was clean. The service was friendly and fast.

Very friendly staff and came to us several times while sitting if we needed a refill. The place was very clean. But the thing is, the chicken was kind of small pieces. That's the only downside...

Longggg wait in line around 6pm. Got my food and small portions sadly and some of my fries were cold....like they had to have been under the heat lamp....won't waste my money there again. Sorry Canes

Reply to Canes.....no thanks. I'm really tired of wasting my money with restaurants who fail over and over and over. Do you think this was your first failure with me Canes?. 2025 has me thinking that the choices I am making matter and wasting my hard worked money matters so no thanks Canes. Even if free my hard earned money won't be wasted on your location any longer..

First time ever at Raising Cane's and it didn't dissapoint at all. Chicken fingers were big and freshly made! The Texas toast BOB was really good and the coleslaw small but very delicious. Only bad part were the fries, they hadn't had any taste at all. Price/quality was great, I'll definetely come back!

Very bad service it’s been twice happens to me I order 4 finger box Combo no salt on fires it’s take me 20 minutes to complete order and I ask manager why take so long they just laughing they need more training

I just payed 20$ for some Soggy tenders With some SALTY over cooked fries . On top of that yawls employees at the registers, don’t know how to count money.

Definitely come here if you want cold fries and cold bread with hot chicken. I’m sick of it. Makes no sense to report it when the manager will offer you a replacement but can’t remember ever telling you this. Who wants to pay $14 for cold food?? They don’t even toast both sides of the bread with the butter. It’s cold on one side and cooked on the other. Horrible. They really think the chicken will just heat everything up that’s pre plated. I hate returning food because I don’t want someone playing with my food. Do better canes.
