It's a food truck in the parking lot of a gas station. They are reasonably fast. Food (biriyani, etc) is above average but nothing amazing. I like that they are open late into the night.

Chicken mo mo steamed dumplings very good - and light and not heavy and guilt free. The spicy sauce that comes with it - wow - very good and flavorful.The ChickenTikka Masala - sauce is creamy, smooth, a bit on the sweet side and you can taste tomatoes. I would have like a bit more garlicky / robust spice but it is still good. Service is very good and Simran - she is very nice and good at suggestive selling and helping you pick the right stuff

Super friendly staff and even better food from all south Asian cuisines... plus a little Tex-Mex fusion. Plenty of options for all diets. Open late, easy parking, very safe. Picnic tables next to truck if you prefer.

Momo are really good, noodles and chicken delicious.Dal jeera soup is pretty bad, tried twice same uncooked dal with jeera tadka.

The chicken momos and lamb chow mein were excellent! Service was 10/10, staff were friendly and food came out in about 5 minutes

This place is absolutely fire it's in a good location if you're coming up from the access road All their dishes are delicious and I got their own twist on the flavor with the perfect balance of sweet tangy and spicy. Wonderful family place we've been two or three times.
