This is easily the best ramen I have ever had and I've had ramen from all over the country. So delicious and comforting. I can't wait to come back
I had Strep last week but the mi so not made me feel so much better. I love their ramen. Will come back again and again and again

Cool spot, food came out fast. We sat outside in August on a Texas summer evening and still had a great time. 10/10

Still the best ramen shop I’ve had in the US. Will eat at Tatsuya even when it’s 100F+.

This was the worst ramen experience I have ever had. Nothing was good. It was expensive for no reason. The tsukemen broth tasted like BBQ sauce. It was really bad.

Ramen Tatsu-Ya in Austin is a rare find in ramen excellence. Including the recent special, there are nine different ramen bowls on the menu, two of which are vegan. In addition, they have a nice selection of flavor “bombs” available, from which you may add to taste. Extra toppings are available as well. Small bites like edamame and gyoza, and sides like rice and salad can also be found on the menu. For me, I went with the featured special and dove right into a most delicious bowl of Texas Tonk Brisket Ramen. I don’t think I’ve ever had a ramen bowl quite so unique and flavorful. Between the pork broth, brisket juices, the jalapeños, and the house “Thunder Oil”, my mouth exploded in an absolutely wonderful flavor orgasm, and my face was on fire - all in a good way. Server Armand was most friendly and attentive throughout my visit. Highly recommended.

The interior design of this ramen restaurant is undeniably cute—cozy lighting with upbeat music.
Unfortunately, the charm stops there.
Service was slow and inattentive, lacking the warmth you’d expect in a hospitality setting.
The OG ramen was just average—lacking depth and memorable flavor. A nice spot for photos, but not for a satisfying meal.
