Ramen Tatsu-Ya in Austin is a rare find in ramen excellence. Including the recent special, there are nine different ramen bowls on the menu, two of which are vegan. In addition, they have a nice selection of flavor “bombs” available, from which you may add to taste. Extra toppings are available as well. Came here for lunch with some buddies on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The warm decore inside offered respite from the dreary Austin weather. When Armand arrived with my ramen, all my sorrows drifted away. He did a great job making us feel like friends rather than customers. Will definitely be back!
Time stood still when my Miso Hot was placed before me, and I’ll never forget the warm feeling I got when my server, Armand, told me to enjoy my meal. The quality of service here knows no bounds. I’m trembling with anticipation to return !!
