Ramen Tatsu-Ya

As a ramen aficionado, I really appreciate their noodles - they have just the right bite and are not gummy like most ramen shops. The chashu and tonkotsu broth were great, but I really enjoyed the spicy miso ramen. Both were nice and creamy and flavorful. Service was friendly and our food was ready as soon as we sat down. Love this place! Would love to see them add something sukiyaki inspired to the menu.

I ordered my food to go and I got disappointed with the portion of broth I was given. When I went to ask an employee to please fill it up, they told me that my cup had one ladle of broth and that that was their portion. They were nice; the problem is the small portion for the price. I paid 17 USD for this. Not worth it in my opinion. :)

Great consistency with their food and tasty. There are numerous better Ramen places around town but this is a solid choice.

The best ramen in Austin, and some of the best ramen in the US. You can never go wrong with the Mi-So-Spicy. It has the perfect balance of spiciness, richness, and fat content in the pork. Personally, I get it with an additional corn bomb and add garlic and mushroom. For an appetizer, you can't beat the Karaage. It's not over-breaded or over-fried and the dipping sauce is perfect. A+ ramen from Tatsu-Ya!

Yay, the tsukemen broth is good again now! It's back to the creamy, delicious flavor! I'll be ordering this often again! And thank you for making it easy to have the option of taking the chasu out of the broth when requested.

Had an amazing meal, but the real star was the outstanding service from the entire team. Manager Cooper truly goes above and beyond—his warmth and hospitality make every guest feel genuinely welcomed. He elevates the entire dining experience, making the food taste even better. Tatsuya is incredibly lucky to have him representing the restaurant!
