Delicious ramen with deeply flavored broth and lots of great add ins. Large sitting area, you order then sit at the numbered table they tell you to sit at and they bring your food. It seemed a little confusing for the person delivering the food, it didnt seem like your table number got tied to your food so she wandered around asking every table if they ordered this ramen. Our order either ended up with some other table or got missed but when it was brought to their attention...
We took our kids here for their first experience with Ramen! They LOVED it!!! We had edamame, dumplings, two bowls of ramen and the karaage chicken.
The ramen was so deep with flavor and the brisket was mouthwatering. It was the dumplings I have ever had and my kids fought over the edamame and karaage. I barely got a few bites in of the ramen before my son stole it for himself.

Ramen Tatsu-Ya on S. Congress serves up rich, flavorful ramen in a cozy, modern space. The broth is consistently excellent, the toppings are fresh, and the staff is friendly. Great vegan options, too. It can get busy on weekends, but the wait is usually worth it for one of South Austin’s best ramen experiences.
