Delicious ramen shop with locations in Cedar Park and a few in Austin, TX. Line moved quick and the food was great.

I had “The OG” ramen, pan fried dumplings, and the potato korokke. Everything was amazing, but the star to me was the korokke. Among the best I’ve had, including in Japan. Staff were great, and good came out quickly. Really happy I stopped in.

These guys have some bangin ramen! Mi so hot is the way to go. Get the fire bomb if you like that extra spicy! Went with some vegan guests twice now and they loved the vegan dishes as

Last time we went we had to wait a bit because the kitchen was backed up but the food is always worth the wait and the staff are awesome. Keep up the good work!

The staff were really nice and respectful. The place got really busy as it got darker out and there was a giant line of people, buuuut I totally understood why when I had my food. I'm not a huge fan of ramen anymore, but it was quite tasty! They also have outdoor seating, which is what I wanted, but my girlfriend wanted to sit inside because it was cold. We found out leaving the restaurant that the outdoor seating has heaters above! It's super pretty and will definitely come back!

The ramen and sides here are excellent. Always add a chili bomb! This is our family's go to for ramen and it's baby approved. She loves the chicken and chashu pork.

We have tried all their locations, we LOVE the one on Lamar Blvd. That one is our FAVORITE ! This one is good but the service is way better at other locations. We ate here a week ago and they forgot sooooo many things we order with our ramen. Still good ramen, just different service than we've had at the other locations.

This ramen place was over-hyped for us. Everyone had really positive things to say about it. We liked the ramen, but still preferred the ramen at Misaki ramen in Round Rock. On the bright side, this was was a little cheaper. Misaki ramen has bulgogi ramen and veggie ramen we like a lot.Ramen tatsuya was a little loud and we had to sit a little crowded in the central table. We could hear the date going on next to us, which was entertaining but I don't want to hear that so well!We both got OG ramen and he gave me his egg cause I like them and he doesn't. I gave him half my pork piece because it was on the fatty side. He said his was not as fatty. It was tender and tasty, though! I had the corn bomb for some fiber and it was delicious.

The staff is always so nice and I love the vibe. That's the pros. The cons. It's not good. Maybe it's just this location? We've eaten here several times in hopes that it will improve... it hasn't. They only give you half an egg which I find tacky, their broths are not good, the pork meat is pretty good but its favor never matches the broth. This is Austin. All of the ramen places are really amazing. I wouldn't say there's stiff competition because you just can't go wrong with any of them- except this place. This is the only spot I've disliked everything I've tried.

Yum. Classic Tatsu-ya. Delivered the flavor and the vibe. Long line (good indicator of good food), but we didn't wait too long. Friendly team. We will return for seconds...and thirds.

I got miso hot here. Felt the ramen tastes much better at other locations in Austin. Service and atmosphere was good.
