I highly recommend! My husband and I have been twice so far for lunch. The best BBQ and sides. The brisket, turkey, beans and cole slaw were delicious. Perfect South Austin food truck and the best customer service.

Ordered the sausage sandwich and potato salad. The sandwich was two single pieces of bread with each slice having a single link of sliced sausage on it (a total of two links). The links were small, but the flavor of the sausage was good. The bbq sauce was also good with a nice peppery flavor that went well with the sausage. Unfortunately, the potato salad was bland and tasteless. It was also a small portion for $3.50; just a scoop that filled up one small section of the to-go box. Also, be aware that you will be charged a fee for paying with credit card. I don't remember seeing any sign posted about this extra charge, and the employee who was working didn't say anything about it either. Overall, this is a trailer serving average bbq, that's a bit overpriced for what you get. There's lots of competition in the area, so perhaps if they adjust their prices or their portion size, this place would be a more attractive option.

This was the worst bbq I have ever had. Staff was very kind but I would literally rate this as uneditable. We had to throw ours out. We added ribs and got one rib that was half cartilage

Had the opportunity to stop by and try the food here. All I can say is this was absolutely amazing!! The brisket was tender the beans on point and the best I’ve ever had and the potato salad so fresh and so delicious. I will be stopping by again. What a great find!!

Rayburn’s BBQ has literally changed my life. I grew up as a happy Buddhist vegan. One day I walked by Rayburn’s and the smell of barbecue spoke directly to my soul. I HAD to try it!! The head monk at our vegan Buddhist monastery invited me to leave upon learning I ate BBQ. WORTH IT!! I’m sure the orphans I cared for at the monastery will be fine. I’m on a new path in life and thanks to Rayburn’s ANYTHING is possible!!!If you see Coy or Jessica ask them to let you try Tommy’s special sauce. It just goes so well with meat!

Please go try this new BBQ trailer. Amazing owners and amazing BBQ. Right on Menchaca next to Parlay the new bar opening up. All the meats are delicious and moist and all the sides are exquisite. When you get a chance try them out.

MUST GO AND TRY!!! I tried Rayburn’s today for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The truck is located in front of the new bar, Parlay House. I had a sampler of turkey, sausage, ribs and brisket. All were cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, moist and had a perfect smoke flavor. The sides I tried were slaw, beans and potato salad. Once again, all were delicious. The slaw is a vinegar base, with the perfect amount of tang. The beans are cooked with sausage (I think it was andouille) and brisket. The beans had a thick consistency, which I prefer. Lastly, the potato salad was just the way I like it, made with mustard and mayo but not over sauced. It’s similar to a Salt Lick potato salad. I highly recommend Rayburn’s BBQ.
