Had an awesome lunch there with flexitarian family and had some great sandwiches, salads and desserts. Probably the best sandwich I ever had! I had the French dip, but everything I tried was excellent.

Terrible customer support. They do not return or answer phone calls or emails. Still waiting on our order, and only option we are left with is back charging our credit card. Sounds like they let go of some quality people recently. I do not recommend until they fix their customer service issues.
We have called 5+ times over the last week with no answer the number online and listed here, we have also emailed them multiple times.
Edit: I see the owner responded, that is the same email address we have been emailing with no response still.
Edit 2: five days later and still no response.

While visiting Austin, I got to try a vegan charcuterie board at a cider house, which included a wedge of Tomato Herb Fromage and I was blown away. It was soft, flavorful, and paired so well with the other items on the board. I didn't realize at that moment, that Rebel Cheese had a physical store location in Austin. Of course, I made a point to get there before I flew home. I bought some vegan chocolate chip cookies, packaged mushroom jerky, and a red velvet cupcake. I also got a package of Tomato Herb Fromage, Gruyere, and Colby Jack cheeses to take home. The cashier wrapped 2 of the refrigerated cheeses around a block of frozen cheese so that it would travel across the country well! I honestly don't know if I've ever had dairy Gruyere, but it was a unique flavor and my boyfriend and I both enjoyed it. We really enjoyed the Colby Jack cheese, too. The hardest part was trying to not eat it all in one sitting! This cheese is definitely expensive, but for how delicious it is, we will definitely be ordering more in the future!
