It'd been a few years since we last visited Red Ash, but the food and the service were as excellent as we remembered! delicious small plates, sides and main pasta entrees. you really can't go wrong with any pasta dish, here. 10/10 recommend!
In my opinion, it was a complete honor for me to be able to eat at Red Ash, they did me a favor versus me providing them business! 😂I’ll start my review with a note to future diners, my wife and I were visiting Austin and tried to get reservations online but they were continuously booked, so we showed up and waited outside 20 minutes before they opened in an attempt to get a seat at the bar for a quick meal before they got busy. it is hard to get a reservation so plan ahead 3 months. but it is well worth the wait and anticipation. we have never had a vad experience here. the food is delicious and i recommend that you eat family style, share everything. save room for dessert. service is always top notch.
