Good service, good food. wife destroyed some crab, and we didn't have to wait all day for a table. If you're tired of Austin wait times, go here at 5:30-6:30pm and you'll be seated immediately

I'd rate it zero stars if there was an option. Walking in the door, my wife and I see a lobster shell tossed in a shrub at the entrance. We walk in and see no hostess. While waiting, we view the aquarium which consists of three dead lobsters submerged in murky water. After waiting several minutes to be seen or greeted, we decided to go elsewhere. There were maybe two or three tables occupied in the restaurant, all of which were small parties of maybe three to four people. It was her birthday and she had her heart set on what used to be one of her favorite places to eat. We took our business to Deckhands just down the street and spent in excess of $150 on a tremendous meal. We will never go to this location again. Sorry to all the great people who work their tails off for Red Lobster at other locations. As a person who spent over twenty years in the restaurant business, it was inexcusable. I don't expect that they will be around the area much longer. Poor dining experiences start at the doorway, and that was exactly how it began, and ended.

Super pissed. We did take out and our food portions are freakishly small. This was not worth over $70! It’s like our whole food shrunk! Never ordering take out again.

My son celebrated his birthday here with his friends and coworkers. There were about 40 people who showed up. They had a separate room set up for him past the bar. The servers who were in charge of taking care of all of us did an amazing job. They were very attentive and keeped everyone's drink orders flowing, kept the tables cleared of empty dishes, and checked back continuously to see if anyone needed a drink refill or another drink order. The servers kept up with everyone's food orders, and as soon as someone new walked in the room, they were right on top of it and asked for their drink order and came back several times to see if they were ready to place their food orders. The seafood was fresh, and everything tasted good. Everyone had a great time. We would definitely visit this Red Lobster again!

What a bad experience. An hour for food and still not here. Customers walking around looking for wait staff or utensils or to go boxes. Tables not bussed for entire time here. We're just going to leave unfortunately. Sorry for the team trying to carry all this on their own. The owners may have to pay more to resolve these things.

Waiting 30 minutes for good food is fine. Ordered two meals for 3 people then waiting 45 minutes and only getting 1 meal. After being seated we watched 3 tables be seated, oder, eat, and even get dessert to go before got second meal. 1 of those tables was a party of 12 that was eating before my 9 year old got her order. Way to ruin my daughter's first trip to Red Lobster. This was my Valentines day to her as I had to work on the 14th. It makes sense now why they are going away. We'll never go back and every one I know will know of this.

Waitress was very slow 15-20min to come back I got the all you can eat. I asked another waitress to tell my waitress for my next order and she said tell your waitress. She didn’t apologize for the slowness. Two Hispanic girls around 12:30

Honestly our waiter was the best thing the drinks not so much. The cup has more ice than anything and we poured a bit of water after to really see and kid you not the margarita glass got instantly full. The food omggggg the food was cold and we are not the type to give anyone a hard time we understand what it is to be over worked, short staffed and plethora of other things. The food guys was ice cold we still continue eating and just asked for to go boxes maybe because today was busy but honestly even a couple on the other side from us called a manager because their food was cold and the lady salmon was raw. Overall we still had to make the best out of it we told our selves maybe the chef pulled a double or just missed the heating up of our food all together. The plates weren’t even hot just to tell you that much. The two stars is because our waiter once again was on the ball and idk if he said his name or didn’t mentioned it at all which I don’t recall but shout out to him and thank you for your hard work and dedication

Red lobster used to be a lovely place to go for seafood without the high prices of seafood, of course the quality was never supposed to be as good either but you get what you pay for.There prices have sky rocketed for worse quality of food. Be pared if you order any pasta to dig the shrimp out and remove the tails yourself. I asked our very nice waitress about the tails on the shrimp and she said that's just how they serve shrimp pastas now.The endless shrimp is only cool if you plan to stay hours and come alone because the rest of your party will be done with their food before your second portion ever arrives. It seems they wait you out so your food settles therefore not full anymore.Never going to any red lobster ever again and that's sad because my family & I used to love it.
