Red Pepper Szechuan Restaurant

Finally an authentic Chinese with all the spice in Central Austin. We did takeout and it was delicious. I can only assume it's better dine-in. The restaurant is clean, service was quick. This will be my go- to for Chinese food from now on.

This place have been a few different places with the same decor. Although it's recycled, the food is much better. The service was good and the owner was friendly. There was virtually no wait time and easy parking. We had several of the appetizers and I would recommend steamed dumplings over panfried. I was nearby and wanted to try a new place for spicy Chinese take-out--what to do? Consult Yelp! I finally found the restaurant in a weird little corner of the large shopping center...if you're facing the center, it's on the far right, tucked back. It's well worth the hunt!
