My bill was 13.00 and got charged 33.00. I will never go back there. Too many other bars close by to get treated like this by a bar. 20% gratuity added to all bills and all I had was 1 drink? And yall sneaky selves don't put it on the receipt like a normal establishment, no yall are sneaky with it. And that little sign by the register doesnt help as its dark with flashing lights in there i went back to check. Next door has jello shots(a win) and even the classiest looking bar in that same area isn't charging people like that. I see why they are called reset b/c they are going to reset your thinking and bank account.

Today I walked in with my friend and with a few customers , we saw a bartender asked his name. He replies "Justin" so u thought same mediocre service as last time, but nope this guy kept us company ,suggested drinks,and even music accommodated , I'm really impressed with today's service, shoutout to Justin!!! Love those games, we saw bad reviews about 20% gratuity before we came, and we didn’t see any gratuity warnings on their menus nor on the payment screen, but after you paid and tipped the itemized receipt shows the gratuity, so we basically tipped 25% + 20% gratuity,,,,, :(

Cute place but they added 20% mandatory tip on your tab without you knowing it. Then want an additional tip on top of that. All I Got was 3 drink $30 bucks okay whatevea but I went back and looked at my check and they added fees. If you come please bring cash.

I don’t usually leave reviews for businesses, but I came in last night and was over the moon with my experience here. It was my first time and Kaylee helped us out tremendously. She made drinks for our whole group and even suggested a few custom cocktails for those of us who couldn’t decide. There was a great selection of games to play and the dj was pretty good too. They even had a Nintendo Switch for us to play on. Great place to go and bring friends. Definitely ask for Kaylee when you go!
