It's just bar food... But it's some of the best bar food I've ever had. This is my second appearance at this restaurant and both times I've found the atmosphere and food to be worth 5 stars. The first time was a Friday night around 8 pm for the NBA finals. They had the game on and a live band playing. This time was around 4 pm on a Thursday so it was empty but they had great music playing and a friendly staff. Seating is mostly covered outdoor seating at picnic tables. We ordered the brussel sprouts and fried pickles as appetizers which were phenomenal. Their fried chicken sandwich is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had. Their pesto chicken sandwich is pretty good as well. Their burgers were decent (I probably wouldn't order the burger next time with the chicken sammies being so good). I highly recommend this place.

My favorite, “go-to” bar and restaurant when I want to keep it simple and stay close to home, (which is almost all of the time) the service here is top notch traditional Austin, TX love. The food is fire. The venue and the music, SO very Austin, so very home. Casual, comfy, warm and welcoming, with a great vibe. Highly recommended, but also, don’t wear it out for us locals 🙃🔥👌🏽

If you can sit outside here despite the heat that’s likely the move as the music inside is too loud to hear over, even for a Sunday brunch. I was really optimistic about the pulled pork skillet but it was surprisingly pretty flavorless (think adding some bbq sauce could be really nice for this). We’ll probably still return to try the chicken and waffles and it’s still a vibey place, but wasn’t a slam dunk.

Comfortable sports bar with better food and selection than many. They'll turn on the captions if you like. Plenty of patio seating mostly picnic tables. I like the warm multi generational vibe. Order at the bar, food is delivered to your table.
