If you’re going to charge fine dining prices, I expect fine dining food. Stopped in for breakfast before the airport, should have waited for the airport. Cost was over $40 (with tip), for 2 eggs cooked wrong, tasteless chunks of fingerling potatoes, 2 slices of bacon and 2 slices of sourdough toast (one of which was burned). The toast didn’t come with the breakfast, that was an extra $5. If you’ve got the choice, wait for the airport.

Terrible service at this restaurant. Food was ok but they run out of things on their menu. Have had decent service before but it’s about 50/50 it will be a disaster.

In hotel for a conference, the conference supplied 1st day buffet powdered eggs breakfast was not great, so we booked the REVUE for the next morning. Limited menu, strange mix & expensive ($5 for toast add on). $110 for three people without alchohol. Steak and Eggs was ok, small eggs-good steak. Other's in party also not impressed. Skipped breakfast the last day.
This is a hidden gem, my husband and I absolutely love the cacio e pepe and garlic bread. Their garlic bread is so unique and delicious, it’s not like anything I have had before. Their cocktails are value for money, they’re strong and delicious. It is definitely our go to place.

I ordered the steak and eggs with chimichurri sauce and it was awesome!! My server Cynthia Canas was a complete breath of fresh air because she paid attention to the smallest details and changes that we had at our table and made sure that we were well taken care of.
One of my friends has several food allergies and she made sure to take that into account so our friend could dine with us safely. She also made sure to note any small substitutions, let us know about any upcharges in advance and made sure our food came out hot!!
This speaks to the testament of the manager Samantha, who is warm, kind and so accommodating, that I KNOWZ sheis the one who sets the high standard for service at The Revue and it's employees.
When we were at the rooftop pool of The Fairmont, we were thanked personally by her with champagne and a handwritten thank you card of appreciation for patronizing this establishment. That is really some top tier service if I ever saw it!!
We had a great time and I will DEFINTELY see them when I come back because the respect and service we received was unmatched. Thank you ladies!!

From the moment we walked into Revue, Cynthia made our dining experience unforgettable! As our server, she was warm, attentive, and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even asked. Every recommendation she made was spot-on! Sam, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—checking in with a genuine smile and making us feel truly valued. The food was amazing, but it was their exceptional hospitality that made this night one to remember. Revue, you’re lucky to have these two rock stars on your team! Denise Gray visiting from NJ.
We were staying at the Fairmont and decided to have brunch here. Highly recommend the coffee cake French toast. The fresh strawberries and orange zest took it over the top! The vanilla latte was my favorite over all, the best restaurant latte I’ve ever had!!

POS place treat Austin people like nothing haha they'll reap wat they sow😎
I had a wonderful dining experience at Fulton during my stay at the Fairmont. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, Samantha, who was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be returning to Fulton the next time I’m at the Fairmont!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Flawless Dining Experience – REVUE is Austin’s Hidden Gem!
After a horrible breakfast experience elsewhere (where we waited in the rain for nothing), stumbling into REVUE at the Fairmont Austin was like discovering paradise. From the unreal pistachio croissant to the impeccable service, this place sets the standard for how a restaurant should treat its guests.
🔥 The Food? Next-Level Incredible.
- That pistachio croissant was fresh, buttery, and delicate**—honestly one of the best pastries I’ve ever had.
- The jalapeño pork sausages had the perfect kick and crispness.
- Crispy mimosas? Genius. Why doesn’t every brunch spot do this?
🌟 The Service? Exceptional.
A huge shoutout to Cinthia Cañas, who made our meal feel personal and luxurious. Attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about the dining experience!

The other night my wife tried out Da Vinci in Katy and what a pleasant surprise. The food and ambiance was great, but what made our dinner was the waiter, Able. He understood that we liked our salads at the end of our meal and had really good recommendations on the menu. Thanks Able, and we will definitely be back.
John was amazing and helpful!

Great server. That was the highlight. Limited menu. Skip the Caesar salad! Pizza was good. Was expecting more than pizza and pasta. Salad, pizza, 1 glass of sangria and a scoop of ice cream was $75

We came here for a late brunch. Our server was really sweet. The mimosas were delicious and the coffee was great. Our breakfast sandwiches were tasty.
