A great bagel shop with a chill vibe. Bagels are alittle smaller than I’m used to but very fresh and soft nonetheless. Friendly staff! Super laid back vibe just come up to the window and pick up some bagels. Got the BYO lox and it always fresh and delicious. Thank you for a great bagel sandwich!

I used to absolutely LOVE Rockstar (and still really do like it) but have started coming less and less because they seem to reduce the amount of food inside the bagel every time. It's unfortunate because Rockstar used to stand out from other bagel shops because of their portion size. Now, they are just like all the rest of them :(

Solid bagel, and that’s coming from someone who grew up on Long Island, with experience as a bagel baker. I had bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The ingredients were fresh and the result was a tasty breakfast sandwich. The wait was longer than I expected, about 30 minutes, which was the only downside of the experience. But the sunny patio felt communal and up beat.

Our students and staff at a special education program in Bastrop were gifted some amazing bagels and several cream cheese tubs for our students' Christmas party this December. The bagels were festive, delicious and filling. We really enjoyed the variety of cream cheese spreads as well. Thank you, Rockstar Bagels and Marissa for supporting Bastrop Works!

I would honestly rate this place 10 stars if I could — that is, before they got rid of their gluten-free bagels. They were SO good they sold out by 9 a.m. every single day.
There is no other place in Austin that offers gluten-free bagels like that, let alone ones as good as Rockstar’s. As a small business in Austin, it honestly doesn’t make sense to offer something so loved and then take it away.
PLEASE bring them back.
I lived in NYC for 20 years. These are pretty good bagels. Just sayin

I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese, not sure if there was a miscommunication but my bagel came with close to a half pound of cream cheese on it. It was inedible, which is unfortunate because the bagel itself seemed solid. My advice for rockstar would be to charge less for a cream cheese bagel and put less cream cheese on it, like a third or a quarter as much.

Bagels are fine, but if this place had any competition they would go out of business fast. They are slow, lazy, and can't follow simple directions.
I gave them so many chances and something was messed up or incorrect every single time.
Only reason they get two stars is because there is literally no competition on the east side for real bagels.
They have a plain gluten-free bagel that is delicious. I had it with chive cream cheese... highly recommend! Also, fantastic, friendly service
