Y’all! The burnt ends were freaking amazing!!! We shared the bbq chicken plate with bean & potato salad. So good! Go…just go. Great vibe at Chalmers with tons of tvs, indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of covered and misted areas. Great for football or upcoming World Cup. We went on a hot Sunday. Dj was spinning some great tunes.

We tried going on a Sunday and it was only 21 and up they said it’s a bar. We’re from out of town we had a big group but yall denied us which was terrible. So I guess yall are not family friendly.

The best barbecue I’ve ever eaten - coming from a native Texan! We had the brisket sandwich, the Silky sandwich, ribs, and fries, and we recommend all of them. They were all incredibly tender and paired perfectly with the toppings, the fries were also perfectly seasoned. James was so kind and accommodating; he switched the channel on our request and even gave us waters on the way out. No need to be worried about the heat, as there are fans in the big seating area outdoors where they have plenty of screens. Overall a perfect visit and we’ll definitely be back for our next Austin trip, thank you Rollin Smoke and James for the food and service!!

Smoked carne guisada tacos are an amazing deal at $6. One is very filling. The smoked mac and cheese with brisket is what i got the last time I was here and it was delicious and filling (but a tiny bit expensive at $15). My dog enjoys coming in with me. Make sure you sit by a fan - it may seem windy at first, but there's lots of biting bugs and you'll thank me when you are not bitten.
Pro dog parent tip: inside the bar, there is a jar of free dog treats on the counter hidden behind a little sign.
This place was fire. I just finished a pulled pork sandwich that had onions and smoked flavor with a bbq sauce. Then I got home and I didn’t want to work and decided to watch the Penguin. Good series.

This was by far the worst BBQ we've ever had. The food was dry and tasteless. The music was very loud as if we were at a club. There were several flies, which was annoying and frustrating when trying to eat. Considering the price, this place was a disappointment.

My girlfriend and I stopped by during a vacation in Austin. Brisket was delicious and the burnt ends. Very chill place with drinks 🍹
Ended up coming here because every other place had an hour and a halfway. And I’m so glad that I did! The mac & cheese was my favorite. The brisket was good. The ribs were even better!
This place has great music, Sunday fun day type of vibe with a huge screen to watch whatever the prime time game is
