Y’all! The burnt ends were freaking amazing!!! We shared the bbq chicken plate with bean & potato salad. So good! Go…just go. Great vibe at Chalmers with tons of tvs, indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of covered and misted areas. Great for football or upcoming World Cup. We went on a hot Sunday. Dj was spinning some great tunes.
The best barbecue I’ve ever eaten - coming from a native Texan! We had the brisket sandwich, the Silky sandwich, ribs, and fries, and we recommend all of them. They were all incredibly tender and paired perfectly with the toppings, the fries were also perfectly seasoned. James was so kind and accommodating; he switched the channel on our request and even gave us waters on the way out. No need to be worried about the heat, as there are fans in the big seating area outdoors where...
Smoked carne guisada tacos are an amazing deal at $6. One is very filling. The smoked mac and cheese with brisket is what i got the last time I was here and it was delicious and filling (but a tiny bit expensive at $15). My dog enjoys coming in with me. Make sure you sit by a fan - it may seem windy at first, but there's lots of biting bugs and you'll thank me when you are not bitten.
