Great food.
I recommend trying the brisket (lean) with a side of smoked Mac n cheese.
It’s located inside of a sports bar with plenty of outdoor seating and tvs to catch a game.
My only criticism is in regard to tipping after the transaction. It is defaulted at 22% with an option to tip less while the clerk is holding the device. I bring this up because I had a hard time explaining this to an international friend who was confused...

I'm so happy that my favorite BBQ place is located inside Chalmers!! Asking me about Rollin Smoke is like asking Eddie Murphy about Prince!! I love everything here! Come through and get the Mac and cheese, the brisket, and definitely the quesa tacos!!
