Tried to pay for my meal with Apple Pay through the drive through. The person at the drive through counter motioned for my phone to retrieve it and scan it on the terminal. I told him no and to remove the terminal from the housing and extend it so that I could scan it. I guess he didn’t understand and motioned that he needed my phone. Again, I said no. I then went to hand him my phone to scan and of course he dropped it.
I have eaten here numerous times and had no problems with paying using Apple Pay and never has given my phone.
Train your people that the terminal does come out of the holder.
I am sorry for yelling at the young man but having to get my phone off the ground was not necessary.

i’ve been robbed!! 6.50 for this beef “burrito”. i should have just gone to taco bell <\3
Don't buy a pint of anything, to go, They will short you every time. The food is decent for fast food Tex-Mex. The tortillas are the best thing on the menu.

Ordered nachos, this is the 2nd time it's really skimpy, literally no beans on it, and the meat was cold and flavorless... grew up loving this place, because the fresh food and made from scratch tortillas, now, it's just over-priced mediocre food that isn't even full servings or worth the price.. the oriental lady that's a manager up front is also always very rude.

Tamales were a little lacking. Not much meat and a lot of corn meal. Everything else was good.

I really love Taco Tuesdays and the great price. Wonderful atmosphere and the food was really good. However, there was one lady at the front who had a really bad attitude. There were four of us there and all of us thought she was rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but she did not seem like she wanted to be there at all and we all talked about it for the first 10 minutes of our meal. You're paid to serve someone and you don't have to put on a smile all the time but geez, at least try to be nice. It won't stop me from going back there, but hopefully next time she's in a better mood, if she rings me up again.

I would give 5 stars but let me explain...I came here a couple months after breaking my jaw and was the only food I could eat that didn't need me to chew too much and kept my calorie intake where it needed to be. From day one it became my favorite. Its yummy and super filling. Recently that ive been there, both of these times there has been long hair that ive struggled to take out of either my mouth or food. The first time this happened gave me so much disgust, but I get it having worked in the food industry it can happen. However when I decided to give it another shot today, again the same issue. I love how tasty, efficient, and friendly this place is...but honestly im not sure i want to go back after this back to back incident which makes me sad. Everything else is phenomenal but getting stuck with hair in my food each time is so disappointing.
Great place to grab sum delicious fajitas. The night manager runs a tight ship. Clean and quick prompt courteous service. Our go to spot.

Genuinely one of the best Mexican restaurants in Texas. The tortillas are unmatched, the chocolate cake is phenomenal and the salsa can't be beat. Taco Tuesday is the best day!

Occasionally I visit Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory where overall one of my favorite casual Mexican restaurants. It's a place where you first order your food, claim your seating, and then wait for your number to be called out. There are monitors on the walls displaying your number like bingo until your number is called. The place had a great fun atmosphere to absorb you into the Mexican culture. It seems most items on menu had a photo of what you are ordering I case new to Mexican food.
I ordered the Chicken Fajita Plate however was told it would take a bit longer to prepare for I replied it was ok. It did take a bit longer but was worth it. The plate had Rosa’s famous mesquite-flavored grilled chicken tenders, bell peppers and onions, Mexican rice, and refried beans. Apparently can with it out with black beans. There was also an edible taco bowl with guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, and a jalapeño to spice it up along with lots of four tacos.
I made two large tacos with the ingredients given to me and the check had great charred flavor from the grill. Wrapped in thick flour tortillas it was great. The rice and beans were also good to complement the tacos.
