Food was very good. Main dishes came out at widely varying times which was odd. Same with drinks. Seems strange for one of your party to get a drink 10 min before another in your party and then the last drink comes out a few minutes after that? Table next to us got their drinks together- don't know why ours didn't. Same with food- don't make a poke bowl first when the other 3 dishes are hot and need to be cooked. Awkward and no explanation or apologies for either Just assume a very casual meal or choose to share
Rose Gose is a wonderful euro bistro. I love coming here and trying out one of their fabulous cocktails which have names of European cities like Paris, London and Barcelona. The food is great. I love the grilled bowls. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Austin.
This place was very pretty on the inside. Not a lot of people when we were there. I enjoyed the food and wine. Nothing really stood out to me. Service was okay. I would come back but I would try at another time aside from dinner.
Found on Instagram and was curious. Upon driving up I was not impressed and 2nd guessed my selection for the evening. Spouse said give it a chance. Enthusiastic front team Extremely slow bartender Food was fair We will give it another shot in the future to see what's consistent or improved but it's ok to average Just keep in mind that we dine out to much and are probably over opinionated 😳🤔😂
A wonderful dining experience! The design of the place is simple yet elegant, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The music, though, was a little on the loud side, making it hard to fully enjoy the conversation but it didn’t take away from the overall vibe.
The food was fantastic! For appetizers, we tried the salmon rillettes and the fried calamari with shrimp. Both were full of flavor and a great start to the meal. For the main course, we had the steak with red peppers – a brilliant twist on the classic. The portion was generous and the price was very reasonable for the quality and size.
But the real highlight was the dessert. The pavlova was a refreshing take and perfect for Austin summer – tangy, light and flavorful. The pistachio tiramisu was an absolute knockout – beautifully executed and a perfect blend of textures and tastes! (Was it Dubai chocolate inspired?)
The service was also top-notch – very attentive, pleasant, and with great attitude and manners. It made the experience even more enjoyable!
Bottom line: Highly recommend!
Love this gem
Beautiful setup beautiful service clean cute and cute spot to grab a refreshing drink. I meant to leave a review 3 days ago which would be my 4th time here. Just great staff and cute menu.
I ordered an orange juice on Sunday.
And there tomato 🍅 bisque soup is amazing by the way which I tried the first time back in Nov 2024.
We had an incredible experience. The food was delicious and the cocktails were uniquely and beautifully presented. We will definitely be returning!
Went for a late brunch. The food was tasty as well as unique. Also the drinks were so pretty!
Amazing food, feels like you're in a European restaurant, staff is awesome.
I’m from Ukraine and was so pleasantly surprised by this place! The food was incredibly tasty and comforting—it truly felt like home. The service was amazing as well, very friendly and welcoming. Big thanks to Anastasia and Dasha for making our experience even more special. Highly recommend!

Our favorite brunch spot 🤩
Great spot and amazing food. The experience was truly European so plan on hanging out. Our food took about 45 minutes. It was very good
Nice atmosphere, good food, just took a long time for the food to come out. The server did come to us after 30 minutes of waiting to apologize that they were short staffed. I wish they would have let use know when we were being seated. Once food arrived, we were rushed due to needing to leave for another engagement.
